摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent the propagation of pressure fluctuation which occurs on the upstream side of a gas flow passage to the fluid element and flow sensor of a fluidic gas meter so as to improve the accuracy of the gas meter by damping the pressure fluctuation. CONSTITUTION: A float valve 11 which floats and opens its valve seat 9 when a differential pressure is generated between the upstream and downstream sides of a gas flow passage 5 is incorporated in the passage 5 and, at the same time, an iron piece 13 is fitted to the valve 11 and a permanent magnet 12 is fixed to the passage 5 so that the opening timing of the valve 11 can be delayed by the action of the magnet 12 at the time of opening the valve 11 and the timing immediately before closing the valve 11 can be hastened at the time of closing the valve 11 so as to widen the pressure fluctuation absorbing range of the valve 11. In addition, the propagation of pressure fluctuation to a fluidic element and flow sensor is prevented by damping the pressure fluctuation by means of an orifice 14 by attaching the orifice 14 to the valve 11 and making a gas flow through the orifice 14 at a small flow rate.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowmeter allowing its flow correction value to be rewritten from the exterior and capable of inhibiting the flow correction value from being rewritten after its approval to ensure its security, and to provide an electronically sealing method therefor. SOLUTION: When an instrumental error of a gas meter 10 is adjusted, a flow correction value is transmitted from a gas meter setter 20 through a communication line 17. On receiving the correction value, a control part 18 determines whether or not rewrite inhibit information is stored in a rewrite inhibit information memory 16. When any rewrite inhibit information is not stored, the received correction value is stored in a flow correction value memory 15. After the adjustment of the instrumental error is completed, when the rewrite inhibit information is transmitted from the setter 20, the control part 18 stores the inhibit information in the memory 16 and causes a display part 14 to display a legal unit of measure.

This constitution is formed such that in the diametrically spread guide part 40, a groove 41 is formed in the axial direction. The valve stem 4 and the diametrically spread guide part 40 are constituted as a separate unit, only the diametrically spread guide part 40 may be formed of the low friction material.

A changeover switch 250 or the like selects the converted output of the flow-rate conversion part 243 in a large flow-rate region, and it selects the computed output of the offset computing part 249 in a small flow-rate region. SOLUTION: A fluidic element 20 is arranged and installed inside a flow passage 15 for a large flow rate, and a flow velocity sensor 35 is arranged and installed inside a flow passage 31 for a small flow rate. The flow passage 31 for the small flow rate is joined with the flow passage 15 for the large flow rate on the upstream side from the fluidic element 20. A flow regulating member 40 is arranged and installed in their joined part, and an opening part 41 which is opened toward the upstream side of the flow passage 15 for the large flow rate is formed. Thereby, a gas which is discharged to the flow passage 15 for the large flow rate from the flow passage 31 for the small flow rate is regulated so as to be discharged toward the upstream side of the flow passage 15 for the large flow rate, and the flow of the gas at the fluidic element 20 can be brought close to the same state both in a case in which the gas is passed through the flow passage 31 for the small flow rate and in a case in which it is not passed through the flow passage for the small flow rate.
