摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal panel capable of suppressing blocking or a pressure mark generated when pressure is applied in such a state that the coated metal panels are superposed one upon another. SOLUTION: The coated metal panel is constituted by forming at least one thermosetting resin coating film on the surface of a metal panel, and laminating a topcoating film based on a thermosetting polyester resin on the thermosetting resin coating film while forming a coating film comprising either one of an epoxy resin paint, an epoxy/polyester resin paint, an epoxy/alkyd resin paint, an alkyd resin paint and a polyester resin paint on the back surface of the metal panel. Herein, the paint adapted to the formation of the coating film contains 0.1-10 mass % of a surface tension control agent based on polyether modified polysiloxane oil or fluorosilicone oil and the surface state of the surface coating film is characterized in that Ra (arithmetic average raughness) and Ry (maximum height) are 0.8-2.0 times, Sm (average interval between recessed and projected parts) is 0.5-1.0 times and 60° mirror surface glossiness is 0.8-2.5 times. SOLUTION: The white coating metal plate comprises a white organic coating film 2 having high reflectivity, a barrier layer 3 made of a silica and an acrylic silicate, and a photocatalyst layer 4 having a larger light reflective index than that of the layer 3 sequentially formed on a surface of a substrate metal plate 1. The layer 3 is formed of a base resin paint having a composition containing a partial hydrolytic condensate of 10 to 60 mass% of an organoalkoxysilane dispersed with a colloidal silica of 10 to 60 mass%, and an unsaturated ethylenic monomer of 20 to 70 mass%. A paint obtained by dispersing a colloidal silica of 10 to 60 mass% and photocatalyst particles having a means particle size of 200 nm or less of 10 to 60 mass% in the same base resin as that of the layer 3 is used in the layer 4.

SOLUTION: The coating material is composed of a boehmite sol, crystalline photocatalyst particles or a precursor which comes to crystalline photocatalyst particles after heat treatment, and a mixed solvent of water and an organic solvent with a mass ratio of the crystalline photocatalyst particles after heat treatment to the boehmite and/or γ-alumina in the range of 10:90 to 60:40 and a mass ratio of the water in the mixed solvent to the organic solvent in the range of 90:10 to 40:60 after heat treatment. Based on the crystalline photocatalyst particles after heat treatment, 10-50 pts. mass silane coupling agent can be incorporated. As the silane coupling agent, an epoxy based or methacryloxy based silane coupling agent is used. As the organic solvent, one or more kinds selected from alcohols, ethers, and ketones are used and of them, at least one kind preferably has a boiling point higher than that of water.

As the pigment, there are phenothiazine type, phenazine, type, cyanine type, acrydine type, quinone type and diphenyl/triphenylmethane type pigments. The compounding amount of the pigment alone in the coating film is preferably 0.01-10 mass % and the sum total amount thereof with the photocatalyst particles in the coating film is preferably 5-80 mass %.

As a structure where the sunlight efficiently irradiates, the air outlet fins are mounted at an angle of 30-40 deg. with respect to the horizontal plane, or photocatalyst coated band-like metal plates are turnably parallel disposed at the outlet opening and comprise pivot links for supporting both lenghwise ends of the outlet fins and driving means for swinging the links via arms manually or by a motor drive. In this case, to decompose foul matters on the backside of the outlet fins not facing the sunlight, the outlet fin plate drive motor is manually or automatically driven to reverse the outlet fins, so as to irradiate the backside with the sunlight.

As wax, paraffin wax and microcrystalline wax is pref. The thickness of the transparent fluoroplastic coating film is pref. set to 10-30 μm.
