摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for the connection of an IC card capable of communicating between IC cards even when a terminal device with which an IC card of a communication destination is connected is changed. SOLUTION: This system notifies the ID of the IC card and connection information to a server 3 from each IC card 1 and stores the ID of each IC card 1 and the connection information in a data base 4 so that they correspond to each other by the server 3. The IC card 1 requires the connection information of the IC card of the communication destination to the server 3 by specifying the ID when communicating with the other IC card. The server 3 retrieves the connection information corresponding to the ID specified by a requirement from the connection information stored in the data base 4 and notifies the connection information obtained to the IC card 1 which is a request source.
