CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for cutting a lightweight cellular concrete is obtained by installing many lifting and lowering structures 16 having lifting and lowering rods 15 to which each divided supporting plate 17 is attached, a moving carriage 24 movable in the machine longitudinal direction along guide rails 13, a cutting frame unit 27 having a lower frame 27a, attached to the moving carriage 24, having many cutting materials 26 stretched thereon at a prescribed interval and capable of passing through a gap between the lowered divided supporting plates 17 and the lightweight cellular concrete 11 and many cam type lifting and lowering mechanisms 23, arranged between the side of the moving carriage 24 and the side of each lifting and lowering structure 16 and capable of rotating a push-down arm 31 in a prescribed timing and lifting and lowering their own lifting and lowering rods 15. A counter weight structure 50 is installed in each cam type lifting and lowering mechanism 23.

    • PURPOSE: To load baggage onto a motortruck without moving the motortruck by providing a transfer device, wherein a travelable transfer trolley and a travelable slide deck cart are provided, and a shift cart, for moving the transfer device within the range of a frame body by the end part of the frame body, onto a carriage traveling on rails. CONSTITUTION: Baggage W in a baggage yard is placed on a slide deck cart 9 by a baggage gripping device 12 and an elevating device 13. A carriage 5 is moved on a shift base in a truck yard where a motortruck is stopped. A baggage gripping device 12 gripping baggage W is lowered to unload the baggage W onto the motortruck T and then elevated. A transfer trolley 7 is moved onto a slide deck cart 9, whereon baggage W to be unloaded next is placed, to lift the baggage W by the baggage gripping device 12. When the baggage W is unloaded on the given place of the truck T, the baggage gripping device 12 is moved to a given place and also the slide deck cart 9 is moved to provide an unloading space to unload the baggage W.

Thereafter, the engagement projection 6d is made to sink under the auxiliary frame by moving a trolley 3 to the left side. When the operation frame 6c is pulled up by the electric motor 6e, as the engagement projection 6d is caught on the auxiliary frame, a pallet 8 is pulled up to a position of a dashed line. Thereafter, the rotating fork 6 is made to be in horizontal position by a drive device 7, and the empty pallet 8 is transferred to a deposit position of a lengthy material. At the deposit position, the lengthy material is deposited in the pallet 8, it is returned to the original support 1 and stored.

CONSTITUTION:Frames in which rails 1C are provided at such height that a plurality of containers can be accumulated are arranged in a plural number of rows so that the rails 1C become parallel. A frame assembly body provided with a storage section in which a plurality of containers can be stored on the rails 1C and a transfer device 2 provided with a transfer trolley for transferring container which is mounted on the frame assembly body are provided. The frame assembly body has such capacity that includes a plural number of sets of containers in plural rows. It is possible to handle a plurality of containers in the scope of the frame assembly body without moving the frame assembly body by bringing the transfer trolley into contact with the frame assembly body via a running frame which moves in the direction orthogonal to the direction of travel of the transfer trolley.

CONSTITUTION:In the coil receiving table 3 for laying the coil while bringing the outer peripheral surface into contact with a recessed receiving surface by arranging plural receiving table divided blocks 6 which form the upper end surface to V shape and forming the recessed receiving surface on the upper surface, the arranged receiving table piece 6 is formed so as to be vertically moved. The receiving table piece 6 at an optional position is vertical moved and can be separated from the other receiving table pieces to the lower part or the upper part. Therefore, even if plural coils C1, C2 inserted into a single fork and laid on the receiving table 3 mutually contacting with each other have different coil widths, these coils are naturally shifted and separated by vertically moving the receiving table piece 3 of the other side of coil C2 to the one side of coil C1. By this method, at the time of shifting the one side of coil to the following process, this coil is not brought into contact with the other coil.

CONSTITUTION:The device has a plate supporting member 1 to support a large size steel plate S cut into small chips in a state of flat surface as it is, a push up carriage 2 which lies on the lower side of the supporting member, is movable in the longitudinal direction and lateral direction of the plate S and carries a push up cylinder 3, a cut plate attracting carriage 4 which lies on the upper side of the supporting member 1 and is movable in the longitudinal direction of the plate S, and a cut plate transferring conveyer 5 installed on the cut plate attracting carriage running along the lateral direction of the plate. Therefore, a cut plate in an arbitrary position cut from a large size steel plate can be picked up on unmanned operation. Operators are released from work in a high temperature atmosphere and the heavy subject handling, further the processing time is shortened and the efficiency can remarkably be improved.
