    • An image forming apparatus includes an apparatus body, a carriage, a first recording head, a second recording head, and a maintenance assembly. The carriage is movable in a main scanning direction. The first recording head has nozzles in a nozzle face thereof to eject liquid droplets. The second recording head has nozzles in a nozzle face thereof to eject liquid droplets. The second recording head is displaced from the first recording head in a sub scanning direction perpendicular to the main scanning direction. The maintenance assembly maintains and recovers the first recording head and the second recording head. The maintenance assembly includes a first maintenance device and a second maintenance device. The first maintenance device is held by the apparatus body. The second maintenance device is reciprocally movable between a first position to oppose the first recording head and a second position to oppose the second recording head.

    • An image forming apparatus includes recording heads, a maintenance device, a carriage, cap members, cams, a cam shaft, a feeler member, a home position detection device, and a cap position determination device. The feeler member has a first portion to detect a home position of the cam shaft with the home position detection device and a second portion to determine with the cap position determination device whether the cap members are at a raised position or a lowered position. When the cap position determination device determines that a suction cap is at the raised position, the suction cap is lowered to the lowered position before the carriage mounting the recording heads moves for scanning in a first direction. When the cap position determination device determines that the suction cap is at the lowered position, the carriage is permitted to move to a print start position.

    • An object of the present invention is to provide a work record acquisition system, a work record acquisition server, and a work record acquisition program that can accurately acquire a work record. In the work record acquisition system of the present invention, respective worker's terminals are connected to a work record acquisition server common to a plurality of workers through a network. A data input screen, through which at least a type of work, a work start time, and a finish of business operation can be designated under the control of the work record acquisition server, is displayed on each of the worker's terminal, and the type of work and the work start time of a new work can designated in real time making use of the data input screen. The work record acquisition server determines working hours from the start time of an immediately previous work and the start time of a new work received and stores a work record.
