    • A body cavity irrigation system includes a housing having at least one interior chamber which is connectable to a faucet or other continuous fluid supply which delivers liquid under pressure through an inlet port. A discharge port of the housing is fluidly interconnected to an irrigation syringe having an actuable valve to control the dispensing of liquid from the housing to a body cavity through a discharge opening under controlled pressure. The liquid being dispensed can be monitored to ensure that the liquid is at an preferred temperature for effectively cleaning the body cavity without patient discomfort, the housing including an antiscald valve which prevents liquid above a predetermined temperature from being dispensed and in which at least one indicator indicates to the user that the liquid is above a second predetermined temperature whereby the first and second temperatures define a suitable temperature range. The system removes discharged water from the body cavity through an insertion tip of the syringe along a return path extending to the housing which includes a venturi which removes the discharged water.

    • Packages being produced on a form, fill and seal machine as provided with transverse zippers inserted thereinto through a fin seal gap. Pairs of fin sealing bars are separated by a gap to produce the fin seal gap. The fin seal gap is opened, perhaps by vacuum means, and a zipper probe inserts a zipper having a web into the tube of plastic sheet material being formed into bags. The web of the zipper is sealed to the plastic sheet material, and the zipper probe withdrawn from the tube. Cross seal jaws seal both transverse ends of the package, a knife separates each package from that previously made, and a fin gap sealer seals the fin seal gap to complete the manufacture.

    • A bulk material cargo container liner system comprises an inflatable bulk material cargo container liner which has at least one vacuum discharge tube member disposed internally within the bulk material cargo container liner and extending throughout the longitudinal extent thereof for discharging bulk cargo material outwardly from the bulk material cargo container liner, and at least one inflatable air bag component which also extends throughout the longitudinal extent of the bulk material cargo container liner and is initially disposed in a deflated state but which is adapted to be disposed in an inflated state when the bulk cargo material can no longer be evacuated under natural gravitational forces. By inflating the at least one inflatable air bag component, the angle of repose of the bulk cargo material disposed internally within the bulk material cargo container liner is effectively altered in a positive manner so as to cause the bulk cargo material to again flow toward the at least one vacuum discharge tube member whereby the bulk cargo material can be evacuated from the bulk material cargo container liner without the need for tilting the bulk material cargo container and the liner contained therein.
