摘要： A heating and extruding method for a bulk preform of a fiber reinforced composite material, including a stabbing machine for forming an unpenetrated hole in the bulk preform, a heating machine connected to the stabbing machine for heating the bulk preform by a nitrogen gas, and an extruding machine connected to the heating machine for heating and compressing the bulk preform heated by the heating machine to discharge a predetermined amount of the bulk preform, wherein at least the heating machine to the extruding machine has a sealing structure sealing a nitrogen gas therein. An extruding lip of the extruding machine has a thickness restriction plate and a width restriction plate for respectively adjusting an extrusion thickness and an extrusion width of the melted composite material. Accordingly, oxidation and degradation of resin composing the fiber reinforced composite material can be prevented. Further, a shape of the melted composite material to be extruded can be suited to a desired shape of a molded part to be obtained.

A plurality of outer shield electrodes are disposed in concentrical relation on the radially outer side of the multi-stage acceleration tube over the plural stages to be applied with the same potentials as those of the associated acceleration electrodes respectively. 摘要： A filter for cleaning exhaust gases emitted from a diesel engine and a method for producing the same are disclosed. The filter is composed of a cleaning portion formed of porous ceramic, through which the exhaust gases flow and in which carbon particulates in the exhaust gases are collected, and an outer wall portion formed of the same kind of material as that of the cleaning portion, which is formed around the cleaning portion so as to be integral therewith. The bulk density of the outer wall portion increases from the inner periphery thereof toward the outer periphery thereof so that the exhaust gases can be prevented from flowing out of the outer wall portion. The filter of the present invention can be formed by immersing an organic three dimensional network structure such as polyurethane foam, within a ceramic slurry bath, spraying ceramic slurry to the outer surface of the structure, and firing the obtained structure to which ceramic slurry is sprayed.

摘要： An exhaust gas cleaning device provided with a filter member for collecting particulates in the exhaust gases, and an electric heater for burning and eliminating the particulates collected by the filter member, is disclosed. The filter member is formed of electrically insulating ceramic and is installed in the exhaust gas passage. The heater is formed of ceramic provided with a large number of open passages and having electric conductivity or electrically insulating property. The heater is closely adhered to the exhaust gas inlet end surface of the filter member. In the case that the electrically conductive ceramic is used, the ceramic itself acts as a heating element which heats and ignites the collected particulates. In the case that the electrically insulating ceramic is used, a metallic film acting as a heating element is formed on the walls of the ceramic defining the open passages by printing, vacuum evaporating or other method.

When the volume of the carbon particulates caught and collected by the filter reaches a predetermined volume, the fuel is supplied from the fuel supply means into the interior of the casing and burnt by the oxidization promoting action of the oxidizing catalyst. And the caught and collected carbon particulates are burnt and cleaned due to the burning heat of the fuel.

摘要： A device for removing fine carbon particles from exhaust gas emitted by automobile diesel engines or the like thereby to clean the exhaust gas. The device incorporates a filter for collecting fine carbon particles suspended by the exhaust gas. After a predetermined amount of fine carbon particles is accumulated on the filter, the carbon particles are burnt to regenerate the filter. The detection of amount of carbon particles accumulated on the filter is made through the detection of the fuel consumption of the engine or the differential pressure across the filter.
