    • PURPOSE:To efficiently subject the surface of a large-sized material to be treated to vacuum vapor deposition treatment by housing the following portable- type vacuum chamber in a supporting frame capable of self-advancing which has a sealing part and is provided with an electron gun, a crucible and a vacuum pipeline, etc., to the inside thereof. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum chamber 2 is pressed and set on a vapor-deposition objective part of a large-sized material 1 to be treated via a labyrinth seal 5. Then the space 10 forming by both the vacuum chamber 2 and the above- mentioned material 1 to be treated is vacuumed and exhausted via a vacuum pipeline 4. Thereafter a coating material 7 housed in a crucible 6 is heated and evaporated by electron beams 8 fed from an electron gun 3. Vapor 9 produced thereby is vapor-deposited on the treatment surface 11 of the material 1 to be treated. After finishing the above-mentioned vapor deposition treatment, the above-mentioned vacuum chamber 2 is transferred to next objective place by driving a driving motor 13 of a magnet wheel 14 which is held on a supporting frame 12 housing the vacuum chamber 2 and adsorbed on the above- mentioned material 1, and same treatment as the above-mentioned method is performed.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate fluctuation of tension of paper travelling back and of printing unit thus to prevent obstacle of printing by measuring the tensile force of travel paper and controlling an unit for pressing a roller facing against a drag roller. CONSTITUTION:The electric signals detected through a dancer roller 9 and a tensile force detector 8 are brought into same level against the tensile force of travel paper 1 then compared in controller 10. If there is a difference, the controller 10 will feed a signal to a press unit 7 such that said unit 7 will function onto an intermediate drag press roller 6 to eliminate the difference thus to equalize the tensile force of travel paper 1 in front and rear of both side monochromatic printing unit 2. Consequently, tension is never released at the notch of printing drum thus to reduce fluctuation of tension of travel paper 1 and to prevent obstacle of printing such as double offset, cutting variation of print.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the accompanied breakage of running paper at multiweb printing by a method in which when a controlling device receives a detecting signal from a breakage detector, a specified nipping pressure signal is sent to a nipping pressure regulating device, whereby the nipping pressures of a drag pushing roller of a triangular plate and a nipping roller are lowered.
      CONSTITUTION: When one sunning paper 2 is broken, a breakage detector 10 detects the breakage and sends a signal to a controlling device 12. The controlling device 12 sends the signal for converting into the pushing force corresponding to the number of the unbroken running papers to nipping pressure regulating devices 11. Then the pushing forces of the drag pushing roller 7 of a triangular plate and a nipping roller 9 are lowered, thereby preventing the occurrence of accompanied breakages of the unbroken running papers 2.

    • PURPOSE:To remove the foreign matter suspended on the surface of the molten metal in an evaporation pan only by the lifting operation of the molten metal in a vapor deposition device which sucks up the molten metal of an object to be deposited by evaporation in the evaporation pan in a vacuum vessel from a melting furnace in the atmosphere by providing specifically a baffle plate in the evaporation pan. CONSTITUTION:A baffle plate (plate for removing foreign matter) 8 is fixed in an evaporation pan 3 inclinedly downward in the position upper than the bottom of the pan and lower than a heater 4, and the bottom end thereof forms an aperture 8' substantially smaller than the pan bottom. When the inside of a vacuum vessel is thereupon evacuated to a vacuum, the molten metal 5 of a plating material ascends in a snorkel 11 on account of a pressure difference and enters the pan 3. If the level of the molten metal 5 sucked therein is lower than the bottom end of the plate 8, an oxide film 9 floats over the entire surface of the molten metal surface but if the level rises to the bottom surface of the plate 8 or above, the molten metal 5 ascends through the aperture 8'. The film 9 which is in contact with the aperture 8' has the possibility of ascending together with the molten metal but the greater part of the other film 9 is blocked by the plate 8 and is accumulated under the plate 8.
