    • PURPOSE:To suppress an impulsive force at a suction operation or a mounting operation, to prevent an electronic component from being damaged and to change a pressure pressing the component according to a thickness or the number of lead pins by providing the following: a magnet part installed at a suction nozzle; and an electromagnet part which can generate a load force, in an axial direction of the suction nozzle, at the magnet part by applying an electric current. CONSTITUTION:An application of an electric current is started at a time Ta immediately before a suction nozzle 11 comes into contact with an electronic component 2. While a state that a compound spring pressure on the suction nozzle 11 has been lowered (at a time Tb) is being maintained, the suction nozzle 11 comes into contact with the electronic component 2 at a time Tc. At this time, a mass of a movable part including the suction nozzle 11 is small, and the compound spring pressure has been weakened. As a result, an impulsive force is small and does not damage the electronic component 2. Then, the application of the electric current to a coil 17 is weakened at a time Td when a pressure after the contact has been stabilized; as a result, a steady pressure is reached at a time Te. A nozzle 3 is raised at a time Tf and a suction operation is finished. Thereby, the impulsive force by which the suction nozzle comes into contact with the electronic component is weakened; it is possible to select the steady pressure according to a thickness and the number of lead pins and to prevent the electronic component from being damaged.

    • PURPOSE:To mount a rotary machine element directly and supporting it accurately with reduced parts and assembly man-hour by forming a mounting flange projected from the periphery of the outer ring in radial outward direction and integrally with the outer ring, and projecting both ends of an inner ring from both ends of the outer ring by more increasing the width of the inner ring than that of the outer ring. CONSTITUTION:The width of an inner ring 2 is formed slightly larger than that of an outer ring 3, and both ends of the inner ring 2 are protruded from both ends of the outer ring 3. A mounting flange 5 is formed projectedly in radial outer direction and integrally with the outer ring 3 roughly at the center of the outer ring 3 in axial direction, and mounting holes 6 are machined at an appropriate space in circumferential direction of the flange. A cam laver 7 can be mounted directly to the mounting flange 5 formed projectedly on the periphery of the outer ring 3, and the cam lever 7 can be constructed of plate material, etc., at low cost. Also, the cam lever 7 can be supported on a shaft 15 through a unit bearing 1 and set at a fixed position in axial direction by contacting both ends of the inner ring 2 with supporting members 16a and 16b. Accordingly, the number of parts used and man-hour for assembly can be reduced and, therefore, cost can be reduced and accuracy in assembly can be increased since cumulative error will not be produced.

    • PURPOSE:To reload a large sized electronic component without generating a defective product, by reloading an electronic component, which is supplied being stored in a tray, by a reloading device for which suction is used, to a storing part with a tape shaped body. CONSTITUTION:By the transfer of a lateral transfer body 20 and back and forth transfer body 22, a part suction device 23 is located above an electronic component 2 which is stored in a tray 15. After sucking the electronic component 2 to be taken out and ascending again, the lateral transfer body 20 and back and forth transfer body 22 give a horizontal transfer and stop temporarily above a positioning device 26. At this time, the part suction device 23 descends, and a position control for the electronic component 2 is performed by control claws from four sides while the electronic component 2 is being sucked, and a positioning is performed accurately to the center of the part suction device 23. Then, the part suction device 23 gives a horizontal transfer after ascending and stops under a condition in which the center of a predetermined storing part 4 for a tape shaped body 3 agrees with the center of the electronic component 2. The electronic component 2 is stored in the storing part 4 on the tape shaped body 3 when the part suction device 23 descends and releases the suction.
