摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by forming a multilayer organic coat layer consisting of a thermosetting adhesive layer, a gravure printing layer, a polyester film layer, and a thermosetting clear coating film layer on the surface of a steel sheet of a side to be the outer surface of a can barrel excluding a part to be a welding seam. SOLUTION: A film 7 is supplied from a film feeding machine 2 and bonded to a metal coil 6 by a film bonding apparatus 3. As regards the coil 6, the inner and outer surfaces excluding parts to be a welding seam are coated previously with a thermosetting coating of the periphery and wound onto the feeding shaft of a feeding machine 1. As regards the film 7, a thermosetting clear coating is applied previously on a polyethylene terephthalate film and dried. The three stripes of repeated multicolor printing is done longitudinally on the back side of the film by an ordinary gravure printing machine.

CONSTITUTION: Waste gas generated from a high-frequency induction plasma device 1 and a plasma reaction furnace 2 is cooled by a waste gas cooler 3 and led to a water spray type absorption pipe 4. In the water spray type absorption pipe 4, a waste gas treating liquid 19 is sprayed by a waste gas treating liquid circulating pump 8 into the waste gas cooled by the waste gas cooler 3. A mixture which acidic gas is absorbed in the waste gas treating liquid 19 by the water spray type absorption pipe 4 is led to a cooling kettle 5 and is separated into the waste gas and the waste gas treating liquid. The waste gas leaving the cooling kettle 5 is led to a water absorbing tower 6, and then its acidic gas components are absorbed by industrial water 17. The waste gas leaving the water absorption tower 6 is led to an alkali scrubbing tower 7 and detoxicated by 2% alkali solution 20 to be diffused in the air through waste gas dusts 33, 34 by a vacuum pump 11.

Since heating and purging means are disposed in the discharging pipes having the leveling meter 8, the inner clogging of the discharging pipes 7, 71 with the received melted waste plastic can be prevented. Thus, the level of the received melted waste plastic in the tank can accurately be detected. The installation can thereby stably be operated, because the received melted waste plastic can normally be supplied to the next process.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decompose the combustible parts of marine organisms through combustion and to reduce the used amount of auxiliary fuel and water by making a facility compact, and then, to eliminate the need of water treatment, by supplying the marine organisms including shellfish to a parallel flow type rotary kiln and agitating the organisms while the organisms are heated in a specific temperature range. SOLUTION: Marine organisms including shellfish supplied from a marine organism tank 1 are carried to a trommel 3 by means of a screw conveyor 2 and dehydrated. The organisms coming out from the trommel 3 are carried to a feeder 6. The organisms are carried to another screw conveyor 7 from the feeder 6 and supplied to a rotary kiln 8 through the base-end section of the kiln 8 and incinerated. It is desirable to adjust the incineration temperature to 550-750 deg.C, preferably, to 600-700 deg.C, because it is necessary to prevent the decomposition of calcium carbonate (CaCO3) into quick lime (CaO). In the rotary kiln 8, a combustion zone is formed successively from a drying zone formed on the base-end side.
