摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin paper that is good in strength properties and excellent in liquid permeability.SOLUTION: Thin paper is mainly composed of bleached softwood kraft pulp having a freeness of 400-550 ml, contains two or more paper-strengthening agents, and has a basis weight of 10-14.5 g/m, a density of 0.05-0.2 g/cm, and a crepe ratio of 5-30%. As the two or more paper-strengthening agents, a dry paper-strengthening agent and a wet paper-strengthening agent are preferably added. It is preferable that the dry tensile strength of the thin paper in a conveyance direction during production is 600 cN/25 mm or more and the dry tensile strength in a direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction is 150 cN/25 mm or more. The thin paper preferably has a liquid permeation time of 0.2-3 seconds.
