    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a cylindrical member and a reinforced concrete member and its execution method in which the strength of the pile head joint member and the reinforced concrete member of which the construction cost gets inexpensive.
      SOLUTION: A structure that a steel pipe pile 1 is connected with a footing 2 is provided. The concrete outer diameter D1 of the first joint part 11 in the vicinity of the head of the steel pipe pile 1 is made smaller than the concrete outer diameter D2 of the first ordinary part 12 forming another part and further, the periphery of a plurality of anchorage first main reinforcements 16 in the first joint part 11 is surrounded. It is substantially orthogonal to the first longitudinal direction and the quantity of reinforcements is made larger than the quantity of the first ordinary band reinforcements 17 to arrange small diametral band reinforcements 18. In this way, the strength of the reinforced concrete and deformation capacity near the first joint part 11 can be increased than the conventional constitution and also the sectional area of the first joint part 11 is decreased than the concrete sectional area of the first ordinary part 12 and hence the construction cost can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rapidly restoring damaged fill by combining a large-sized sandbag with a rod-like reinforcing material, which brings about sufficient strength for a permanent structure by short-time construction by virtue of the concurrent use of the large-sized sandbag and the rod-like reinforcing material, and which can shorten a time necessary for restoration by enhancing workability associated with the carrying-in and construction of a banking material and the compaction of the fill. SOLUTION: In this method for rapidly restoring the damaged fill by combining the large-sized sandbag with the rod-like reinforcing material, a shape of a collapsed surface of a damaged section 3 of the existing fill 2 is arranged. The large-sized sandbags 6 are installed in a piled manner on the collapsed surface the shape of which is arranged, and the rod-like reinforcing material 7 is driven in a skewering manner into the piled large-sized sandbags 6.
