摘要： In a stripping composition for easily removing a photoresist without an adverse effect and a method of manufacturing a TFT substrate for an LCD device using the same, the stripping composition includes acetic acid and ozone gas contained in the acetic acid as a bubble form to remove the photoresist including novolak. A photoresist pattern including novolak is formed on a predetermined layer (24) formed on a substrate (10). The layer is etched using the photoresist pattern as a mask to form a pattern of the layer. The photoresist pattern is removed using the stripping composition. The stripping composition is cheap and more effectively protects the environment in comparison with the conventional stripping compositions. Additionally, an O2 ashing process performed before or after a stripping process may be omitted to thereby simplify a stripping process.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a display device is provided, which includes: forming a buffer layer on a supporting plate; forming a flexible substrate layer on the supporting plate and the buffer layer; forming at least one thin film on the flexible substrate layer; forming a protective layer covering the at least one thin film; forming a plurality of through-holes to expose the buffer layer; removing the buffer layer by injecting an etchant into the through-holes; removing the protective layer; and separating the flexible substrate layer from the supporting plate. According to the present invention, misalignment of the thin films due to the deformation of the plastic substrate may be prevented such that the production time may be minimized, thereby improving productivity of the display device.

The forming the semiconductor layer may be performed by PECVD at about 100° C. to about 180° C., the gate insulating layer may have a thickness of about 2000 Å to about 5500. The method may further include performing hydrogen plasma treatment on the gate insulating layer after the depositing the gate insulating layer and annealing the substrate having the plurality of thin films after the forming the data line and the drain electrode. The insulation substrate may include PES.

Therefore, it is possible to efficiently and accurately pattern a specific material onto the display panel through an imprint lithography process using a pressing mold.
