    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture an unit weight of some tens to hundreds kg level having its stable critical current characteristics by forming an Nb3 Sn superconductive wire in which a coated copper is integrated by metal bonding of an outside copper and of an inside copper. SOLUTION: A coated portion of an Nb3 Sn superconductive wire having its copper rate of 1 to 10, for example, is formed of good metal bonding between a copper portion (inside copper) of the Nb3 Sn superconductive wire with the low copper rate being a core material and a copper portion (outside copper) of a copper pipe into which this core material is to be inserted. Thus, the outside copper and the inside copper are integrated by metal bonding, and whereby the Nb3 Sn superconductive wire with stable critical current characteristics and a greater single weight is obtained. Next, to manufacture a Nb3 Sn superconductive wire with high copper rate, the Nb3 Sn superconductive wire compound wire material in which the area rate of a copper portion is 0.2 to 1, for example, against a non-copper portion is extended by inserting the material into a copper pipe having its smoother inner surface than an outer surface of this compound core material. Thus, a single quantity of some tens to hundred kg level having its stable critical current characteristics is effectively manufactured.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the compound superconducting magnet which is able to withstand a heat treatment by a method wherein the spacer and/or the bobbin to be arranged between windings are formed using a ceramic material, and the heat generated by the occurrence of an eddy current is prevented. CONSTITUTION:The spool 1, the side plate 2 and the spacer 3, with which a bobbin is constituted, are formed using a ceramic material. Spacerfixing grooves 4, which are radially arranged on the inner side of the side plate 2, are provided on the side plate 2. The introduction hole 5 of a liquid He is bored on the inner surface of the side plate 2 which is pinched by the fixing grooves 4. A winding layer is formed by winding a wire material W on the upper part of the spacer 4. When a winding body is heat-treated at the temperature higher than 500 deg.C, a compound superconducting magnet on which superconductive substance will be grown can be obtained. As a result, the heat generating by the occurrence of an eddy current can be prevented, and the compound superconducting magnet which is able to withstand a heat treatment can be obtained.
