摘要： A surface light source device includes a light source body having a plurality of discharge spaces that are divided into a light-emitting region and a non-light-emitting region. The light-emitting region has a first cross sectional area. The non-light-emitting region has a second cross sectional area larger than the first cross sectional area. An electrode for applying a voltage to a discharge gas, which is injected into the discharge spaces, is provided to a portion of the light source body corresponding to the non-light-emitting region. Thus, a larger amount of the discharge gas may be distributed in the non-light-emitting region than in the light-emitting region. As a result, the electrode may not serve as a dark field. Further, the surface light source device may have a long life span.

摘要： A planar light source device includes a body, a plurality of partition members, and first and second electrodes. The body includes a discharge space. The partition member divides the discharge space into a plurality of discharge regions. The first electrodes are disposed at the edge portions of the body, and a discharge voltage is applied to the first electrodes. The second electrode is disposed between the partition members. Therefore, the second electrode corresponding to the discharge region prevents deflection to enhance optical characteristics of the planar light source device. Furthermore, the second electrode lowers a discharge start time and reduces a discharging time.

The method of controlling connection establishment may further include determining whether a bearer for the UE is set to a path through nodes within the mobile communication network or set to a path through nodes within another wired network accessible by the local gateway by considering at least one of QoS, subscriber information for the UE, operator policy if the connection request message is received. If it is set to a path through nodes within the another wired network, the method of controlling connection establishment may further include transmitting a connection response message including a parameter indicating whether the bearer has been set or should be set to a path through nodes within the another wired network and an address of the local gateway to the base station.
