    • PURPOSE:To reduce a current capacity of a semiconductor switching element in a inverter and decrease wiring loss by controlling current, with input voltage of an inverter being heightened through a DC-DC converter. CONSTITUTION:Commercial power-supply current is full-wave rectified in a full-wave rectifier circuit 1 and supplied into a DC-DC converter 9 for boosting. A transistor 9b in this converter 9 is controlled by an electrification-factor controller 12 and a base circuit 13, and current flows into a reactor 9a to store magnetic energy at the on period of the transistor 9b. At the off period of the transistor 9b, energy is supplied into a condenser 9d and an inverter 5 through a diode 9c, so as to boost the input voltage of the inverter 5 higher than the input voltage of the converter 9. Consequently, as the current of the inverter 5 can be controlled at a low level, current capacity of a switching element in the inverter 5 can be reduced, together with decreasing a wiring loss, which is caused by wiring resistance in both the inverter 5 and the primary winding or the like in a high voltage transformer 6.

    • PURPOSE: To restrain surge voltage to prevent the rupture of a switch by connecting between a DC power source and an inverter by means of a laminated plate to reduce the inductance of a wiring. CONSTITUTION: A laminated plate 6 is formed by laminating the first layer of the conductive plate 61 of a positive electrode, the second layer of the conductive plate 62 of a negative electrode, and the third layer formed of the conductive plate 63 of the output of the positive electrode and the conductive plate 64 of the output of the negative electrode; to nip first and second insulators 65 and 66 between these respective layers. Consequently, electric currents Ip and In flowing to an inverter from a DC power source flow to an output terminal OUT from an input terminal IN on the plates, but since uniformity is absent in the direction of a flow, thereby also generated magnetic flux has no uniform direction. In the magnetic flux genetated in the same plane on the plates, neighboring magnetic flux is canceled, and uncanceled magnetic flux becomes difficult to be interfered because of a distance to narrow magnetic fields f1 and f2 generated in the whole plates. As a result, wiring inductance can be sharply reduced to restrain surge voltage to prevent the rupture of a switch.

    • PURPOSE:To improve operability and maintainability by heating a filament in a nonheated condition to an optimum temperature at a high speed, shortening a time from fluoroscopy to photographing, and further preventing the filament from breaking. CONSTITUTION:In the case of fluoroscopy by a filament resistance detecting circuit 5, filament resistance R'f is calculated from output voltage V'f and an output current I'f of a filament heating circuit 4. This resistance position is fed back to the heating circuit 4, to drive a select switch 8, and a small focal point RsetL or large focal point RsetS is selected and adjusted so as to obtain a predetermined resistance value. By this constitution, a filament in a nonheated condition can be heated at a high speed to an optimum temperature, and a delay time can be shortened. A device can correspond to any kind of X-ray tube, to improve operability and maintainability without generating also a wire break.

CONSTITUTION:In an inverter type X-ray apparatus comprising a DC power source 1, an inverter 2, a high voltage transformer 3, a high voltage rectifier 4 and an X-ray tube 5, the DC power source 1 is connected to the inverter 2 by laminated wiring 6. The laminated wiring 6 comprises positive conductors 101, 102 and negative conductors 201, 202 of rectangular cross section both covered by insulating material 60. The areas S1-S3 through which the magnetic flux of magnetic fields f1-f4 generated by currents flowing through the conductors pass are thereby reduced and the inductance of the wiring for connecting the DC power source 1 to the inverter 2 is reduced. Since the laminated wiring 6 has small inductance, surge voltage generated at the switch of the inverter is restrained so that breaking of the switch can be prevented.

The size and the weight of the entire device are thus reduced, and the output voltage to the load in a wide region is stably controlled.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize X-ray output by providing a power source impedance measurement circuit for measuring the impedance of AC power source from device input voltage as well as input current. CONSTITUTION:Device input voltage as well as input current are detected by a power source impedance measurement circuit 12 through an insulating amplifier 13 and a current transformer 14, respectively. These outputs are converted into digital mode, and are stored in a digital storage circuit 15. Power source impedance is calculated by a no-load input calculation circuit 16 obtained by the circuit 15 based on the ratio of the difference between voltage effective value and a no-load input current effective value. When the input voltage of an inverter 5 is reduced, an X-ray condition that does not saturate inverter control parameter in a feedback circuit 11 is set. Since the saturation of the inverter control parameter is prevented, accuracy and reproducibility of X-ray output is improved.
