    • PURPOSE:To reduce a signal line when a driver is built thereinto in the system requiring a number of signal lines of a two-dimensional array probe or the like by arranging a signal line of a timing pulse for driving a driver to serve as also a signal line of received signals from a vibrator. CONSTITUTION:A pulse corresponding to the number (m) of the maximum diameter from a transmission timing pulse generator 1 is inputted into a driver 3 of a transmitting/receiving section 10 through two analog switches 2 and 2'. Then, a vibrator drive pulse is outputted with the driver 3 to be applied to a desired vibrator 6 from a high voltage withstand analog switch 5 passing through a transmitting/receiving separation circuit 4. On the other hand, a signal received with a vibrator 6 is passed through a signal line 13 of a transmission timing pulse after inputted into the analog switch 2' passing the high voltage withstand analog switch 5 and the transmitting/receiving separation circuit 4. Then, the signal is introduced to a receiving circuit 7 with the analog switch 2 while processed with a signal processing section 8 to display an image on a monitor 9.

CONSTITUTION:The pulse from an oscillator 12 is given to a two-dimensional array vibrator 10 through a three-dimensional focusing means 13 and a transmitting-receiving circuit 11. The reflected wave from an arbitrary point is received by the two-dimensional array vibrator 10 and the output thereof is sent to the display part on and after a DSC 20 through a three-dimensional focusing means 14, an adder 15 and a detector 16. The output of the adder 15 is sent to a Doppler deflection detecting means 18 and the Doppler deflection output is sent to a three-dimensional blood flow vector/dispersion/power operation circuit 19. The three-dimensional blood flow vector of a noticeable point calculated by said operation circuit 19 is sent to a tomographic surface three- dimensional display and operation circuit 26 to be displayed on a three- dimensional display CRT 27.

The resultant reception signal is inputted via the adder 4 to the phase matching device 5 and is memorized 8 via the adder 7. The two divided bores symmetrical with each other are selected and the wave reception is executed for the subsequent wave reception. The signals successively added by as much as the number of synthesis of the reception signal is passed through a compressing circuit 9 and a detecting circuit 10 and is displayed 11. The wave receiving bore is thus made larger.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate the reactance state of a power system over a wide range by connecting a first winding having at least one Y-connection in series with a second winding which is combined with the first winding and providing a means which compensates the power transmitting state of the power system. SOLUTION: A power flow controller 10 is constituted of a serial compensator 11 which serially compensates a power system by causing a voltage of a leading phase to a line current, a main transformer 12, which adjusts phases, an adjusting transformer 13 which generates a voltage for adjusting the phase of the voltage generated by the transformer 12, and their control circuit 200. The compensator 11 is arranged between a terminal 14a and a neutral point 14 in each phase of Y-connection windings in the transformer 12. Therefore, the serial reactances of transmission lines, transformers, etc., can be compensated by means of the compensation capacitor of the compensator 11 and the transmission capacity of the power system can be increased and the system can be stabilized by the serial compensation.

    • PURPOSE:To make the constitution of a mixing element simple, moderate a requirement also pertaining to the frequency characteristic of a main delay element and also make the constitution of this portion simple by making the process to mix with a reference signal of the same phase after respective operations for little delays. CONSTITUTION:Transmitting signals are applied from a circuit for transmission to a part of elements TRN and ultrasonic pulses are transmitted to a target. The reflected acoustic waves generated by this are detected in respective elements TRN. Several received signals are respectively mixed with a common reference signal from a reference signal generator RG in a mixing element M after receiving respectively delays in a little delay circuit SD. Low-frequency components generated by mixing receive the specific phase shifts respectively in a phase shifter PS, thereafter, receive delays respectively in a quantize delay circuit MD, and become the received signals omegan(t) added and phased by an adder AD. Thus, the constitution of the circuit MD becomes simple. The constitution of the mixing element M also becomes sharply simple because the reference signal is common to all signals.
