摘要： PURPOSE:To feed a cryopanel with such liquid helium that is less in a gas-phasic portion by feeding the cryopanel with the liquid helium directly, not through a gas-liquid separator, at the time of cryopanel precooling. CONSTITUTION:When liquid helium is fed to a cryopanel 3, a stationary valve 4 and a supply valve 6 are opened, while a precooling valve 5 is closed, and such liquid helium that is plenty of a gas phasic portion is separated from the gas phase at a gas-liquid separator 1, then the liquid helium little in the gas phasic portion is fed out of a lower part of the cryopanel 3 through the supply valve 6 and a supply pipeline 7. When the cryopanel 3 is precooled, the stationary valve 4 and the supply valve 6 are closed, and the precooling valve 5 is opened, whereby precooling takes place with liquid helium gas from the lower part of the cryopanel 3. With this constitution, the gas phasic portion inside the cryopanel 3 is little, and since there is a supply of the liquid helium at all times, a surface temperature of the cryopanel 3 is always constant.

Thereafter, when a door opening and closing end detecting switch 23 or 33 is operated, or the door is manually moved, the presence of the door speed value is checked, and it is judged that the fixation of the door is solved, when the door speed value is nor zero, to return the elevator from the resting state to general operation.

When the switch 9 is operated, a door control device 30 controls an electric motor 32 so as to open the door 3 because an obstacle is caught in the door 3. When the safety shoe 7 is drawn to the door 3 when the door 3 is moved in the direction that door 3 is opened, the lever 6 is moved counterclockwise with a fulcrum shaft 6a of the lever 6 as a rotation center and the lever 6 is regulated in the moving by a stopper 10 after a switch 8 is operated. When the switch 8 is operated, the door control device 30 judges that an obstacle gets caught in the safety shoe 7 and controls the electric motor 32 so as to close the door 3.

SOLUTION: When a rotary encoder 29 fails, a door actual speed value becomes 0, no door actual speed value exists at all, a time counter 2151 starts counting at the prescribed voltage value or above, and a motor voltage instruction value is set to zero. Since the rotary encoder 29 has a failure, the time counter 2151 continues counting. When the prescribed period elapses on the time counter 2151, an increment is applied to a failure detecting counter 2152. When the failure detecting counter 2152 reaches the prescribed number of increments, it outputs a failure detection signal to an elevator door control device 1.
