    • In the setting operation conducted by the handle 90 which is an operating section, an upper portion of the portion 26a′ of the slidable T-post 26 is pushed by the end portion of the cam 90b, and the slidable T-post 26 is moved. In accordance with the movement of the card 26, the suction cup block 23 is elastically deformed, and the suction cup 23b is held by the body 24 by a holding force of the suction cup 23b. The body 24 is composed of a porous body, and air flows from the ventilation hole 29 into a space formed between the suction cup 23b and the body 24, via the body 24. The slidable T-post 26 is biased ahead by the return spring 27. When the releasing operation is conducted by the handle 90, the cam 90b is rotated, and the end portion of the cam 90b is separated from the end of the portion 26a′ to be pushed. After that, when the intensity of the holding force of the suction cup 23b to the body 24 is decreased lower than that of the spring force of the return spring 27, the slidable T-post 26 is moved ahead, so that the card member 26c pushes up the movable contactor 70.

    • An olefin (co)polymer composition of the present invention comprises 99 to 70 wt. % of olefin (co)polymer (I) and 1 to 30 wt. % of polyethylene-based polymer (II). The olefin (co)polymer (I) comprises 0.01 to 5.0 parts by weight of high molecular weight polyethylene (a) having an intrinsic viscosity &eegr;A measured in tetralin at 135° C. of 15 to 100 dl/g, which is an ethylene homopolymer or an ethylene-olefin copolymer comprising at least 50 wt. % of ethylene polymerization units, and 100 parts by weight of olefin (co)polymer (b) other than the high molecular weight polyethylene. The polyethylene-based polymer (II) has an intrinsic viscosity &eegr;II measured in tetralin at 135° C. of 0.10 to 10 dl/g, which is an ethylene homopolymer or an ethylene copolymer comprising at least 50 wt. % of ethylene polymerization units. Thus, the present invention provides a polypropylene-based olefin (co)polymer composition having excellent formability that is suitable for thermoforming such as vacuum forming and pressure forming, blow molding and foam molding, especially suitable for thermoforming.

    • In an optical recording method and apparatus, the intensity of a laser beam to be radiated onto an optical recording medium is raised from an intensity P.sub.pre for maintaining a pre-heat state, in which the temperature of the medium surface becomes a predetermined temperature, to an intensity P.sub.W1 higher than P.sub.pre, and after P.sub.W1 is maintained for a time T.sub.W1, the intensity is reduced to an intensity P.sub.W2 lower than P.sub.W1 to form a mark on the optical recording medium. P.sub.W2 is controlled so that the medium temperature at a peak temperature position or a spot center position of the laser beam radiated onto the medium surface after an elapse of the time T.sub.W1 becomes constant even after the intensity is reduced to P.sub.W2, and at least one of P.sub.pre, T.sub.off, and P.sub.LB is controlled to establish the pre-heat condition within a time period until the intensity is raised to P.sub.W1 again so as to form the next mark.
