    • A method for engraving and/or etching comprising the steps of: (a) a process for exposing, to light, a layer of a water-soluble resin composition of a laminated photo-sensitive film which comprises a supporting sheet, a image mask-protection layer peelablly adhered to the supporting sheet and a layer of a water-soluble resin composition having photocrosslinkability to thus cause crosslinking of the exposed area of the resin layer to thereby form a predetermined pattern on the resin layer; (b) a process for dissolving out the non-crosslinked portion of the layer of the water-soluble photo-sensitive resin composition by developing the layer with water to thus from an image-carrying mask which is constituted from the crosslinked area of the photo-sensitive resin composition remaining on the image mask-protection layer; (c) a process for adhering the photo-sensitive laminate film on which the images are formed to the surface of a material to be processed; (d) a process for peeling off the supporting sheet from the photo-sensitive laminate film; and (e) a process for engraving and/or etching the material to be processed through the image-carrying mask adhered to the material, makes it possible to engrave and/or etch fine and precises images on the surface of a material to be processed such as glass, metals, plastics or the like.

    • The present invention includes: X-ray shielding materials; X-ray shielding material mounting plates to which the X-ray shielding portions are fixed; a driven side link and a driving side link that connect the two X-ray shielding material mounting plates to each other so that the X-ray shielding portions face each other and cross each other; connecting portions that connect each of the X-ray shielding material mounting plates to the driven side link and the driving side link; and a driving device that drives the driving side link so as to rotate. Connecting portions and are provided at positions not interfering with a movable region of the X-ray shielding material mounting plates formed in conjunction with the rotational driving of the driven side link and the driving side link. The X-ray shielding material mounting plates are moved by the rotational driving of the driving side link and accordingly, the slit width between the X-ray shielding materials is changed.

    • Provided is an apparatus by which a nucleic acid may be analyzed quickly and precisely. Specifically, provided is an apparatus for analysis of a nucleic acid including: a processing unit for creating, based on a total base composition of a nucleic acid, a plurality of base composition sets, creating a hierarchical structure in which the base composition sets are hierarchized in ascending order of a number of bases in a partial base composition at a terminal position, and further creating connection relations between each of the base composition sets, and another base composition set having, at the terminal position, a partial base composition obtained by adding one base to a partial base composition at the terminal position of each of the base composition sets; a processing unit for calculating, for each of the partial base compositions, a predicted mass value of a corresponding product ion, and imparting a weight to each of the base composition sets based on a comparison between the predicted mass value and an actual mass value of a product ion derived from the nucleic acid; and a processing unit for selecting one of base composition sets belonging to each hierarchy while following the connection relations from an outermost hierarchy in the hierarchical structure, based on a weight imparted to each of the base composition sets, to thereby determine a base sequence sequentially from a terminal base of the nucleic acid.
