摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drill a hole in a surface of a metallic pipe without damaging a resin pipe part inside the metallic pipe by interpolating the feed of a blade to drill a hole from the wall thickness of a preliminarily worked part to cut the periphery of the hole. SOLUTION: The feed position of a tool rest longitudinal feed device 343 during the preliminary working is stored in a control part. The tubular wall thickness of the preliminarily worked part is measured at 2-4 parts separately by an ultrasonic wall thickness measuring instrument, and the values are received by the control part. The feed of the tool rest longitudinal feed device 343 is set from the measured wall thickness by the control part so that the feed of a tool shaft is completed in a smaller value than the measured value of the wall thickness of the degree where one skin in the tubular circumferential surface is left without cutting the whole wall thickness. An end mill 423 of a blade shaft 422 is moved following the locus of the circumference of the hole to be set in the controller to cut the circumference of the hole.

摘要： PURPOSE: To insert a lining material in a duct without undergoing any deformation or breakage by flattening the end sections of the lining material, passing both ends of each of cords through the duct via through-holes at two lengthwise positions, leading the cords around the lining material for connecting the ends thereof to each other, jointing a wire laid in the duct to the cords and, then, hauling the wire. CONSTITUTION: A lining material 1 is folded in a flat state, and through-holes 2a and 2b are drilled through the end sections thereof at two separate lengthwise positions. Both ends of a cord 3 are inserted in the holes 2a and 2b from the upper side, and led around the material 1 to form a round section 3a. Both ends are, then, led through the holes 2a and 2b from the lower side, and jointed to the cord 3 at joint sections 3b before turning the cord 3. The center section 3c of the cord 3 connects the sections 3b, and joints the end of a wire 4 led through a duct to be lined at the joint section 5 of the section 3c of the cord 3. The wire 4 is strongly hauled toward the end of the material 1, thereby reducing the material 1 at the round section 3a and giving a narrow cylindrical form. Thus, a traction force for the wire 4 is divided into two components for evenly tightening the material 1, thereby eliminating an excessively compressed section.

CONSTITUTION:The gas, which is received through an inlet part 11 of a fluidic flowmeter, passes through a first gas flow path 14 and an opening part 16 and enters into a second gas flow path 15. The gas mainly passes through the second gas flow path 15 and reaches a nozzle 21. A part of the gas passes through a bypass flow path 30 and reaches the nozzle 21. The gases passing through two flow paths 15 and 30 join in the vicinity of the inlet part of the nozzle and enter into the nozzle 21. The distances of the second gas flow path 15 and the bypass flow path 30 are different to each other. Therefore, when the gases passing through two flow paths 15 and 30 join, the phases of the waves caused by the pressure fluctuation at the upstream side are different to each other. As a result, when the gasses through two flow paths 15 and 30 join, the waves of the pressure fluctuation are weakened.

The frequency of the pressure fluctuation is set by the frequency of the opening and closing of the solenoid valve 27, while the pressure variation width is set by a gas burner 25 provided in the third piping 23. The waveform of the variation of the gas pressure in the first piping 11 is smoothed by a buffer tank 13.
