    • PURPOSE:To shorten intervals of pH control, and to carry out pH control of culture tank in high accuracy, by measuring time lag from the time of feeding pH adjustor to the time when pH substantially changes, and regulating the intervals of feed of pH adjuster depending upon the time lag. CONSTITUTION:The pH control device 5 calculates an amount of the pH adjuster 1 required to eliminate the difference between a set pH value and measured pH value by the pH meter 4 depending upon the difference. Then, the number of opening times of the solenoid valve 2 corresponding to the amount of the pH adjuster to be added is obtained, and the valve 2 is continuously opened and closed the number of opening times. Consequently, an amount of the pH adjuster 1 corresponding to the number o the opening times is added. During the operation, the above-mentioned pH control operation in the device 5 is carried out intermittently, and intervals of feed of the pH adjuster 1 is set by calculating time lag from the time of feeding the pH adjuster 1 to the time when pH changes substantially in the culture tank 3, and taking the time lag into consideration.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the elimination of adverse effects to culture liquid such as the disintegration of cells with the bearing in the tank, contamination of the culture liquid caused by the abrasion of the bearing, etc., by rotating a stirring blade with a magnetic supporting member without using a bearing in the tank. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical partition wall 3 is protruded from the bottom into the main body 1 of the culture tank, and a rotary shaft 4 is inserted into the cylindrical wall 3. Plural magnets 11 are fixed to the rotary shaft 4 with definite intervals along the direction of the shaft. A stirring blade 15 is fixed to the outer circumference of the partition wall 3 in the tank 1, and the magnet supporting member 13 having fixed magnet 14 is inserted in a freely rotatable manner. The magnet 11 fixed to the rotary shaft 4 and the magnet 14 fixed to the magnet supporting member 13 are disposed in a manner to generate repulsive force with each other and to effect the rotation of the stirring blade 15. The bearing in the tank is eliminated by this method, and accordingly, the adverse effects to culture liquid such as the disintegration of cells with the bearing in the tank, contamination of the culture liquid caused by the abra sion of the bearing, etc., can be eliminated.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive to enhance the efficiency in evaporative concentrating treatment, by suppressing the bypass falling of a liquid to be treated by rotating a helmet shaped ring having a predetermined configuration. CONSTITUTION:Trancated cone shaped rings 11 each of which is opened at the central part thereof and forms a slight gap between the outer peripheral edge thereof and the inner wall of a shaft type cylindrical evaporation tank 1 are arranged to a rotary shaft 5 in the longitudinal direction thereof and stirring blades 7 are fixedly provided to constitute the titled apparatus. Almost all of a liquid to be treated supplied in the aforementioned evaporation tank 1 is formed into a membrane state along the heating wall surface of the evaporation tank 1 without being bypassed by the stirring blades 7 and the trancated cone shaped rings 11 rotated at a high speed and heat is efficiently transferred to said liquid from an external heating jacket 2. By this mechanism, the efficiency of evaporative concentrating treatment is enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the extraction efficiency, by attaching a ring member inside the rotating body, being inclined with respect to the axis, by providing a clearance to a member adjoining in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A heavy liquid is introduced into each partitioned chamber in the central part in a rotating body 2 through a heavy liquid lead-in pipe 14, and a light liquid is introduced into each partitioned chamber through a light liquid lead-in pipe 15. The heavy liquid runs in the axial direction in each partitioned chamber along the slope of an inclined cylinder 16, and passes through a clearance 19 provided in the circumferential direction to run in the outer circumferential direction, and is taken out from a heavy liquid lead-out passage 6 through passage 6a from the peripheral part of the rotating body 2. The light liquid, on the other hand, runs in the axial direction along the slope of the inclined cylinder 16 similarly as in the case of heavy liquid, towards the central direction in each partitioned chamber, and is caused to counter-contact with the heavy liquid running in the outer circumferential direction along the clearance 19, and taken out from a light liquid take-out passage 7 through a passage 7a from the central part of the rotating body 2. By repeating the joining and dispersion of heavy liquid and light liquid between V-rings and side walls, the extraction efficiency is increased.
