    • PURPOSE:To correct the deviation of optical path difference with a simple structure by approximately matching the axial line of rotation of a scanning mirror to a line including the point on which a light beam is made incident on a scan face. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical lenses 22 and 23 which shape the laser light emitted from a light source (semiconductor laser oscillator) 1 to spot light, a scanning mirror 33 which scans this spot light, a rotating motor 32 which rotates the scanning mirror 33, and an image forming lens 26 which uses a reflection plate 27 to reflect scanned light to form its image on a recording member 28 are provided. The axial line of rotation of the scanning mirror 33 approximately coincides with a line including the point on which the light beam is made incident on the scan face. Therefore, the optical path difference is approximately eliminated because the laser light is made incident on only one point of the scan line which approximately coincides with the axial line of rotation even during rotation of the scanning mirror 33. Thus, the deviation of optical path difference is corrected with an image forming lens 26 having the simple structure.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to produce an optical waveguide of a small diameter and to produce the optically homogeneous optical waveguide having small propagation loss by making the light formed as an approximate non-diffracted beam incident on a photosensitive medium and making the refractive index of the photoirradiated part of this photosensitive medium higher than the refractive index of the non-photoirradiated part. SOLUTION: A UV beam 10 which is a beam for forming a waveguide is made incident as nearly parallel beams on axicon 20 made of quartz glass which is an approximate non-diffracted beam conversion means. This axicon 20 is a conical prism. The beam is made into the approximate non-diffracted beam by the axicon 20. The approximate non-diffracted beam is a beam which propagates while maintaining the nearly the constant beam diameter of a certain specified distance. This approximate non-diffracted beam is cast to the photosensitive resin 30 which is the photosensitive resin on a substrate 32 and forms the optical waveguide in the photoirradiated part of the photosensitive resin 30. The refractive index of the photoirradiated part of the photosensitive medium is made higher than the refractive index of the non-photoirradiated part in such a manner, by which the optical waveguide is formed.

    • PURPOSE:To realize a communication application function offering convenience of use by decoding a sound data stored in a storage means in advance and outputting the decoded data through a command of an opposite terminal equipment while coding a voice signal in real time and sending/receiving it as a sound data. CONSTITUTION:A data for real time voice communication with a communication opposite party is processed by a PCM CODEC 1(102) and an ADPCM CODEC 1(103), a voice memory data is subject to parallel processing by a PCM CODEC 2(108) and an ADPCM CODEC 2(109) to input and output the result. The received data is demultiplexed by a multiplexer circuit, either of a real time voice data 302 and an MPU control data 303 or the both are stored in a voice memory 112, they are decoded by the ADPCM CODEC 2(109) and the PCM CODEC 2(108), the other data resulting from demultiplexing the received data by the multiplexer circuit is mixed by a mixing circuit 105 and outputted from a speaker 104.
