摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service system that can more smoothly provide a service by decreasing the frequencies of occurrence of problems such as congestion, interruption of the service and a delay of the service or the like due to a huge amount of communication. SOLUTION: The service system is provided with a dispatcher in addition to a service providing device. The dispatcher acts like a slave of a mobile phone to receive the service provision. Furthermore, the dispatcher acts like a master of the mobile terminal to use the mobile terminal as its slave for the reception of the service provision. Simultaneously the dispatcher informs the service providing device about an acquired specific identification number, and the service providing device uses the mobile terminal as its own slave on the basis of the reported specific identification number while taking a degree of congestion of the service into account and provides a touting service to a network.

摘要： PURPOSE: To realize a display controller for performing a satisfactory display to a liquid crystal panel in which a pixel pitch is made fine by using a conventional liquid crystal driving circuit. CONSTITUTION: Display data are rearranged in accordance with switching groups 118 to 121 by a display controller 102. Then, display data are successively outputted to a column circuit 110 for every data corresponding to respective switching groups. Then, switching groups 118 to 121 are made to be opened and closed by control signals 122 to 125 in accordance with display data to be displayed. Consequently, the display data can be outputted only to X electrodes connected to the switching group to which pertinent display data are made to correspond. Thus, this controller can cope with a high difinition liquid crystal panel without necessitating the increasing of the number of output terminals of the column circuit and the fining of the pich of the output perminal.
