摘要： PURPOSE:To insure noise against affecting a screen when a vertical emphasis circuit is loaded by providing a blanking processing circuit maintaining the level of a video signal in a blanking period at a prescribed blanking level. CONSTITUTION:The blanking processing circuit 9 processes an input video signal A so that said signal can be held at a fixed level during vertical and horizontal blanking periods, and a vertical emphasis circuit 10 further processes said signal A. Again a blanking processing circuit 11 processes said signal so as to maintain the vertical blanking period, FM-modulates and records the signal on a disk 1. A reproduction signal is FM-demodulated. A blanking processing circuit 23 processes a signal F including noise arising during a jump period or an address period, while a vertical deemphasis circuit 24 processes a signal G excluding noise. A blanking processing circuit 25 serves as eliminating the restoration error of vertical deemphasis.

CONSTITUTION:A pulse current is supplied to a driving coil 6 from a tracking control circuit 25 so that a luminous flux is moved forcibly to an adjacent track at the special speed reproducing time, the retrieval time, or the like. In this case, the fact is used that the amplitude of the detection output of the tracking error signal is increased according as the laser luminous flux from a laser 1 and an object lens 5 traverse information recording tracks on a disc 7, and the tracking error signal is compared with a reference voltage by a comparator 23 to detect each state. A retriggerable monostable multivibrator 24 is triggered by the detection output, and a pulse output longer than a period corresponding to two rotation of the disc at least after detection is obtained to operate a switch 18, and the sound reproduced output is stopped.
