摘要： An apparatus and method for determining a signal quality of an input signal representing a repetitious phenomena derived from at least one sensor connected to a patient is provided. A detector receives the input signal and determines data representing the repetitious phenomena from the input signal for use in determining at least one patient parameter. A measurement processor is electrically coupled to the detector that determines a first signal quality value by identifying at least one feature of the repetitious phenomena data and compares the at least one feature of a first set of the determined repetitious phenomena data with a second set of the determined repetitious phenomena data to determine a feature variability value and using the feature variability value to determine a stability value representative of the quality of the input signal.

摘要： A data driven and forward looking risk and reward appetite methodology for consumer and small business is described. The methodology includes account level historical data collection for customers associated with accounts as part of a portfolio. The account level historical data is segmented into groups of customers with similar revenues and loss characteristics. Segmented data is decomposed into seasoning, vintage, and cycle effects. Statistical clusters are formed based upon the data and effects. A simulation is applied to the statistical clusters and prediction data is generated. A simulation strategy to forecast and simulate revenue and loss volatility is developed. Efficient frontier curves of risk (e.g., return volatility) and reward (e.g., expected return) are created for the current portfolio under various economic scenarios.

The methodology includes customer segmentation to create pools of homogeneous assets in terms of revenue and loss characteristics, forward looking simulation to forecast expected values and volatilities of revenue and loss, and risk and reward optimization of the portfolio. One methodology used for modeling revenue and loss is a generalized additive effect decomposition model to fit historical data. Based on the model, a segmentation procedure is performed, which allows for creation of groups of customers with similar revenue and loss characteristics. An estimation procedure for the model is developed and a simulation strategy to forecast and simulate revenue and loss volatility is developed. Efficient frontier curves of risk (e.g., return volatility) and reward (e.g., expected return) are created for the current portfolio under various economic scenarios.

摘要： A mounting apparatus includes a receiving rack, a sliding member slidably mounted to the receiving rack, a first resilient member, and a latching unit. The latching unit includes a fitting member pivotally mounted to the receiving rack, a locking member slidably received in the fitting member, and a second resilient member. The fitting member includes a resisting plate and an elastic clamping portion. The locking member faces the sliding member. A wedged protrusion protrudes from the clamping portion, operably latched with the receiving rack. The first resilient member resist against the sliding member and the fitting member. When the latching tab engages with the sidewall of the bracket, the sliding member is moved to deform the first resilient member. Thereafter, the sliding member resists the resisting plate, to block the fitting member to rotate further into the receiving rack. The wedged protrusion is incapable of latching with the receiving rack.

The tray is secured in the chassis, with the extension tabs extending through the apertures the chassis. To detach the tray from the chassis, the operating unit is pivoted out and the moveable member is according rotated outward to withdraw its extension tabs from the apertures of the chassis.
