摘要： A method of manufacturing epitaxial material used for GaN based LED with low polarization effect, which includes steps of growing n-type InGaAlN layer composed of GaN buffer layer (2) and n-type GaN layer (3), low polarizing active layer composed of InGaAlN multi-quantum well structure polarized regulating and controlling layer (4) and InGaAlN multi-quantum well structure light emitting layer (5) and p-type InGaAlN layer (6) on sapphire or SiC substrate (1) in turn. The method adds InGaAlN multi-quantum well structure polarized regulating and controlling layer, thus reduces polarization effect of quantum well active region.

摘要： The invention relates to a spatial diversity receiving device and an input channel switching method. The device comprises a main control circuit and at least one receiving channel including a RF selective switch, wherein the circuit controls the switch, so as to select one of the plurality of input signals from the plurality of antennae and send that signal to a receiving module. The module comprises a RSSI unit for outputting a RSSI value and sends the value to the circuit. On basis of a real time analysis to the receiving signal, the circuit selects a predetermined occasion to perform a compulsive switching and dynamically selects the antenna with a stronger signal so that the generation of error code due to transient interference may be reduced. The system exhibits an excellent resistance to wireless signal fading, and has a simple structure as well as a low cost and power consumption.

A first seal is disposed between the worm shaft and the stepped bore. A second seal is interposed between the flange and a frame of a window. An interconnecting mechanism driven by the worm shaft comprises a pair of worm arms followed by a pair of links. The former and the latter are provided with male and female ends using, respectively, a calotte of a sphere complemented by a spherical shaped recess. Thus, between the pair of worm arms and the pair of links, pivotal joints are formed.

A 3D liver object and selected associated vascular and other anatomic structures are displayed in a 3D space which is rendered on a 2D display screen. One or more 3D separating surfaces are placed in the 3D space based on anatomic structural landmarks that are segmented automatically or interactively, where each of the 3D separating surfaces intersects with the 3D liver object at a corresponding 3D pose. The 3D liver object into at least two sub-segments based on the 3D separating surfaces, which can be individually and independently adjusted directly in the 3D space, in real-time, and interactively by a user based on 3D and/or 2D information related to the 3D liver object, and the selected associated vascular and other anatomic structures.

The SPAM1 protein can be obtained from the epididmys or the uterus and should have an intact lipid anchor. The SPAM 1 protein attaches to the surface of mammalian spermatozoa via it's lipid anchor in an in vitro environment in order to increase the sperm's capability of fertilizing an egg.

摘要： Method and system for process sharing in a medical imaging system are disclosed. A first application system is provided capable of processing data within a second application system. A process sharing system residing outside of the second application system is configured for enabling process sharing of the first application system within the second application system. The first application system comprises a front-end unit that is made operable within the second application system by a process launcher upon occurrence of an event to facilitate processing of data accessible from the second application system through communication with the process sharing system via a pre-defined interface. The process launcher is generated by the process sharing system and deployed on the second application system.

Crystalline form I of 3,4′,5-trihydroxy-stilbene-3-β-D-glucoside of the present invention has a stable crystalline morphology, a definite melting point and a good chemical stability. Such a novel form of 3,4′,5-trihydroxy-stilbene-3-β-D-glucoside possesses the properties required for the preparation of solid formulations and is easily tabletable and readily formable when formulated, which allows for substantial decrease in raw materials costs, more facile operations in production and easier control over quality in industrial drug production, and moreover, better convenience in storage.
