    • The present invention relates to a catalyst for an internal combustion engine, particularly of a motor vehicle, with a housing, which is assembled from at least two housing portions, telescopically inserted one into another in the throughflow direction of the housing, which is assembled from two housing portions telescopically inserted one into the other.
