A plurality of networked luminaire managers, each collocated with a respective luminaire, monitor the status of their respective luminaires. The luminaire managers include transmitters for transmitting status information about their respective luminaires and third-party devices to a network server. The network server forwards the received status information from the networked luminaire managers to a computer of an owner/operator of the plurality of luminaires and/or a third-party user. The luminaire managers communicate with each other, whereby they form a network.

摘要： Electrical components projecting outwardly from the storage tank portion of an electric water heater are shielded from foam insulation material being injected into an insulation space between the tank and an outer jacket portion of the water heater by a hollow, open sided foam dam structure extending through a jacket opening and circumscribing the electrical components. Force exerting projections on the dam engage the interior side surface of the jacket and forcibly hold the inner side of the dam structure in sealing engagement with the tank. The projections also hold an outer side peripheral lip of the dam in a an outwardly and resiliently deflected orientation in which it is sealingly pressed inwardly against the outer side surface of the jacket around the periphery of the opening therein to prevent injected foam from being forced outwardly through the jacket opening.

摘要： The disclosure relates to cycloalkylene azoles of general Formula I ##STR1## wherein ##STR2## is a carbocyclic or carbopolycyclic group optionally carrying at least one alkyl substituent,X is the grouping ##STR3## an oxygen or sulfur atom, and Y and Z, independently of each other, are ##STR4## or a nitrogen atom, as well as their pharmaceutically compatible addition salts with acids as well as processes for production thereof. The compounds possess strongly aromatase-inhibiting activity and are suitable for the preparation of medicinal agents.Methods for treating estrogen induced or stimulated tumors, male infertility, and impending cardiac infarction with these compounds are also provided as well as methods for inhibiting female fertility.

摘要： A secure beach picnic chest assembly includes a lockable picnic chest and a centrally-disposed anti-theft anchoring device that extends through a through opening in the floor of the chest and can be pushed downwardly to become embedded in sand or soft soil. By turning an actuator handle at the top of the anchoring device, a plurality of anchoring members thereon can be moved between first and second positions. In their first positions, the anchoring members are disposed against the outside of a peripheral wall of the member, so that the member can be inserted into or withdrawn from the sand or soft soil. In their second positions, the anchoring members are angled outwardly from the peripheral wall for anchoring the anti-theft member and the picnic chest to prevent the latter from being carried away by casual thieves. The combination is useful, for example, at a beach, where food, clothes, and valuables can be placed in the chest, and the lid thereof can be secured by a lock, permitting the entire party of picnickers or bathers to leave the chest unattended and go swimming.
