    • A method for steering the analysis of a collection of documents includes receiving query terms for use in querying a database including a collection of documents; representing at least some of the query terms in a matrix; rotating document vectors associated with the documents to match the matrix to produce a matrix of rotated document vectors, each document vector representing a numeric vector created in association with individual documents; grouping the rotated document vectors into clusters, each cluster having one or more documents; and projecting the clusters to display visual information of the documents, the visual information including a summary view of the collection of documents. Program code and a system are also provided.

    • An ablation system includes an ablation source, an ablation probe having an ablation element coupled to a power terminal of the generator, and a ground probe coupled to a return terminal of the generator, the ground probe configured to be inserted within a body during use. One of the ablation probe and the ground probe is configured for being intravascularly introduced to an interior of an organ, and another of the ablation probe and the ground probe is configured for being extravascularly placed in contact with an exterior of the organ. A method of ablating tissue having a thickness includes placing one of an ablative element and a ground element in a first location adjacent the tissue, placing another of the ablative element and the ground element in a second location adjacent the tissue, and delivering ablation energy through the thickness of the tissue between the ablative and ground elements.

    • Systems and methods for error checking an entry converted from digital ink to text are disclosed herein. A method for reviewing digital pen data comprising importing handwritten ink made with a digital pen into an input region of a form. The handwritten ink is interpreted to produce a typographical symbol in the input region. The interpretation producing the typographical symbol is assigned a confidence factor, the confidence factor defining the likelihood that the conversion was correct. Input areas are highlighted if they have a confidence factor below a threshold value. Further, a view of the handwritten ink relative to the typographical symbol is changed by making one of the ink or the symbol more viewably prominent while simultaneously making the other less viewably prominent.
