摘要： PURPOSE:To perform the regeneration completely by stopping ventilation to a filter when pressure losses of the filter exceeds predetermined value and causing water to flow in a direction opposite to that of exhaust gases to wash the filter. CONSTITUTION:When the pressure at a pressure detector 11 at the inlet of a filter has become such a state that said pressure can not be restored to predetermined value, regeneration treatment by the use of water is carried out. The regeneration treatment is conducted while exhaust gases of Diesel engine are passing through a by-pass exhaust gas pipe 23. When the pressure at the pressure detector 11 at the filter inlet, after burning regeneration of a filter 3, is not restored to a predetermined set value, the filter 3 is washed and regenerated for a period during which succeeding exhaust gases are passing through a by- pass exhaust pipe 23 of the filter. At the start of washing of the filter 3, a steam valve 34 for cooling and a return pipe open-close valve 35 are opened to control the steam rate. In this manner, ashes also can be removed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress variation in the operating condition by heating and incinerating carbonaceous particulates collected by a filter, thereby reproducing filter, sucking the combustion gas generated at this time, returning to the suction side of engine, and therein shifting gradually the positions of a heating means and a sucking means. CONSTITUTION:Soot and dust of the exhaust gas, which has flowed into an exhaust gas purifier 3 from an outlet smoke duct 6 of a Diesel engine 2, are collected while passing through a filter 13, and this purified gas is passed through a filter outlet smoke duct 7 to be exhausted to the silencer side. In this purifier 3, a vertically moving regenerative gas suction device 10 is provided downstream the filter 13. Current is supplied to an electric heater 12 upstream the filter 13 corresponding to the position of the suction device 10 on the surface of filter 13, and thereby the exhaust gas is heated up to the temp. necessary for oxidation of the soot and dust, and thus regeneration of the filter is made. The gas incl. secondary pollutional substances generated at this time of regeneration is sucked by the suction device 10 and circulated back to the suction pipe 5 of engine 2 via the suction pipe 8.

Further, the denitration of flue gases wherein arsenic, selenium, sulfur etc. coexist can be performed stably for a long period of time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a deterioration due to heavy metal compounds by forming a nitrogen oxides removing catalyst, wherein specified three species of metal compound are blended in a specified ratio and a crystallite size of the first component, titanium oxide, is specified. CONSTITUTION:A nitrogen oxide removal catalyst is formed by blending tita nium oxide as the first component, Mo oxide and/or W oxide as the second and V oxide and/or sulfate as the third. At this time, atomic ratios between the component metals are specified to be Ti/(Mo and/or W)/V= (80-96.5)/(3-15)/(0.5-5), and a crystallite size of the titanium oxide after Scherrer's formula is specified to be 185-300Angstrom in the direction of (101) plane (spacing: d=3.52Angstrom ). The obtained catalyst can maintain a high denitration performance for a long time even in a flue gas containing gaseous catalyst poisons including oxides of arsenic and lead.
