CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of O/W emulsion fuel using heavy oil including residual oil and maltha includes the following: a heavy oil storage tank(20) storing heavy oil of high velocity including the residual oil and maltha; a heavy crude oil preheater(30) preheating the heavy oil to a transfer pipe; a mixture storing tank(40) preheating the stored mixture; a colloid mill(50) manufacturing the O/W emulsion fuel oil by receiving the preheated heavy oil and the mixture; an emulsion fuel oil storage tank(60); and a cooling device(70) installed on the exterior of the colloid mill.

A low tar gas producing biomass gasifier includes: a biomass hopper(10) into which biomass materials are injected, an optical sensor(11) for measuring a reduction amount of the biomass, a combustion unit(60), an air injection unit with a plurality of nozzles(20) for injecting air from the lateral face of the combustion unit, a heat insulating layer(70) for maintaining gasification temperature of combustion gas, a grate(50) for receiving ashes produced by gasification, an ash collector(30), a reforming catalyst reaction layer(80) for removing tar, and a synthesis gas outlet(40).
