    • The present invention relates to pipes and a manufacturing method thereof and more specifically, to abrasion-resistant pipes used for various construction materials with slag byproducts and waste refractory from steel manufacturing processes as a raw material and a manufacturing method thereof. An embodiment of the present invention is a pipe with a pipe body being manufactured by mixing slag produced during steel manufacturing processes and waste refractory wherein the pipe body contains 40-50 wt% of silicon dioxide (SiO2), 7-15 wt% of iron oxide (Fe2O3), 7-15 wt% of aluminum oxide (Al2O3), 7-15 wt% of calcium oxide (CaO) and 7-15 wt% of magnesium oxide (MgO).     • PURPOSE: Slag processing unit and method are provided to improve the work environment by excluding the use of toxic substances such as sulfuric acid, to prevent environmental pollution, and to reduce the production costs as calcium carbonate and neutralization water which are generated as a result of treatment are recycled in an offering process. CONSTITUTION: A slag processing unit comprises a pipe line(100), a filtering part(200), a reaction part(300), and a collection part(400). Slag leachate with calcium ion effluent, which is generated by mixing slag with water, flows into the pipe line. The filtering part separates the slag in the calcium ion effluent and the slag leachate by receiving the slag leachate from the pipe line. The reaction part receives the calcium ion effluent from the filtering part, and extracts calcium carbonate by neutralizing the calcium ion effluent through injecting the carbon dioxide containing gas. The collecting part collects the extracted calcium carbonate. The filtering part comprises a partition wall(210) in a lattice form which separates the calcium ion effluent and the slag, and a suction pump(220) which inhales the calcium ion effluent. The carbon dioxide containing gas is steel mill by-product gas generated from a steel mill.     • PURPOSE: A structural material for guidance of the blind and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to recognize manpower by magnetism between a stick which includes a magnet and a guide block and to enable the blind to safely walk. CONSTITUTION: A structural material for guidance of the blind includes a block body which is installed in order to guide the walk of the blind. The block body is made of a composition material which includes a slag ball. The slag ball is made from melting slag by cooling. A manufacturing method of the structural material for guidance of the blind comprises: a step of manufacturing the slag ball by cooling the melting slag(S100); a step of manufacturing the composition material containing the slag ball(S200); and a step of manufacturing a structural member which guides the walk of the blind by molding the composition material.
