    • A method for increasing binding affinity of a recombinant scFv(single chain variable fragment) antibody derived from avians for an antigen is provided to improve the antigen affinity of the recombinant scFv antibody and obtain the scFv antibody having high solubility without forming an enclosure. A method for increasing binding affinity of a recombinant scFv antibody derived from avians for an antigen comprises the steps of: (a) obtaining the scFv derived from the avians including a variable region of a heavy chain, a linker and a variable region of a light chain; (b) coupling a cysteine residue to an N-terminal or a C-terminal of the scFv or coupling an Fc region of a human IgG to the C-terminal of the scFv; and (c) forming a disulfide bond between two cysteine-residue coupled scFv molecules through the cysteine residue or making two Fc region of the human IgG coupled scFv molecules form a disulfide bond to form a dimer form scFv. In a recombinant scFv antibody derived from avians specifically coupled to an eimeria sporozoite surface antigen including a light region of a heavy chain of SEQ ID : NO. 2, 9, 13, 17 or 21, a light region of a light chain of SEQ ID : NO. 4, 11, 15, 18 or 23, and a linker connecting the light chain of the heavy chain to the light chain of the light chain, the antibody is characterized in that a cysteine residue is coupled to an N-terminal or a C-terminal of the scFv or an Fc region of a human IgG is coupled to the C-terminal of the scFv. Further, the avian is domestic fowl, quail, turkey, duck, goose, pheasant or dove.
