    • PURPOSE: A multi-layered transparent sheet useful for the outside of the house is provided to give transparency and impact-resistance and to remarkably enhance scratch-proof and weather-proof properties compared to conventional polycarbonate sheet. CONSTITUTION: The transparent sheet comprises (a) PMMA(polymethylmethacrylate) resin outer layer; and (b) MABS(methylmethacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) resin inner layer. The sheet has two-layered structure of the outer layer-inner layer or three-layered structure of the outer layer-inner layer-outer layered structure. The PMMA resin contains acrylic alkyl ester based rubber having a Tg up to 0deg.C in an amount of up to 60 parts by weight. The MABS resin consists of 8-30 parts by weight of rubber polymer, 15-30 parts by weight of aromatic vinyl compound, up to 15 parts by weight of vinyl cyanate compound and 40-60 parts by weight of acrylic alkyl ester to form a copolymeric compound.

The Y axis correction part is periodically change the location of the rotary axis to the direction(Y axis) vertical to the progress direction(X axis) of the web for minimizing the up and down amplitude of the web during a winding process.

    • PURPOSE: A secondary battery is provided to maintain performance of a battery in case external impact such as dropping, etc and to effectively prevent internal short of a tap-lead joint by an electrically insulative thermal contraction tube protecting the tap-lead joint. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery comprises an electrode assembly of a positive electrode/separator/negative electrode in a battery case of a laminate sheet which comprises a resin layer and a metal layer. The electrode taps(301,302) are combined with electrode leads(400,410) and protruded to outside. A heat-shrinkable tube(510) surrounds joints(401,411) of the electrode tap and electrode lead. The electrode assembly is a stack type electrode assembly laminated in a state that a separator is inserted between a plurality of positive electrodes and negative electrodes. The tap-lead joint consists of a structure that a plurality of electrode taps are welded and combined to one electrode lead.
