    • A rail zipper is provided to improve waterproofing effect and adhesion with a zipper cloth, to secure safety by using soft materials, and to prevent noise in moving the zipper. In a rail zipper(110), a pair of zipper cloths(112) have a support body(116) fixed at one end and an insertion member(118) formed on the other end and installed to/separated from a guide groove(116a) of the support body. Both ends of the zipper cloths facing each other are engaged or separated by moving a slider(120). A pair of connecting members(130,140) are extended in a longitudinal direction along the inner end of the zipper cloth and provided with a projection unit(132) and a groove unit(142) formed at the surfaces facing each other and combined with each other. The projection unit and the groove unit are combined or separated by moving the slider. Extended parts(134,144) are integrally formed at the outer surfaces of the connecting members, respectively. The zipper cloth is fixed at the rear end of the extended part. Recessed parts are extended along each surface at the front and rear edges of the connecting member. Protruded parts are formed at the front and rear ends in a groove of the slider corresponding to the recessed part.

    • PURPOSE: A structure for connecting pipes is provided to firmly and airtightly connect the pipes without screws, and improve durability and working efficiency. CONSTITUTION: In a structure for connecting pipes, sealing pads(38,39) includes holding grooves(34,35) for holding both ends(32,33) of the pipes(31), and fixing protrusions(36,37) formed at the inner end of each holding groove and preventing the separation of the pipes. A pair of coupling sockets(40,41) are accommodated in both ends of the pipes, and control the sealing pads. Linear parts(L) are formed at the outer circumference of each sealing pad from connection portions(42,43) to the outside. Inclined portions(A) are extended from the linear parts to the outer ends of the sealing pads, respectively. Inclined portions are formed at the inner faces of the coupling sockets to correspond to the inclined portions of the sealing pads, and control the sealing pads. The linear part is shorter than a screw unit(46) of the coupling unit so that the sealing pads repel each other to the coupling force of the coupling sockets. The inclined portion of the sealing pad is longer than the coupling socket so that the pipes are in contact with the coupling sockets.

    • PURPOSE: An automatic popping machine is provided to reduce an instrumental noise, make maintenance and repair convenient and reduce a failure rate. CONSTITUTION: The machine comprises: a frame(10); a valve unit(20); a hydraulic unit(30); a popping portion(40); and a material supply portion(50). In the popping portion(40), a compression cylinder(42) is fixed to a post(43) in the lower direction of a base plate(41) located at the middle of the frame(10), and a tie bar(45) is disposed on a movable plate(44) disposed on the axis of the compression cylinder so as to ascend and descend through the base plate(41). A lower mold(46A), a middle mold(47A) and an upper mold(48A) are disposed on the tie bar(45) for popping an introduced material. A bleed cylinder(49) is disposed on the movable plate so as to make a bleed movable plate(46) ascend and descend by a predetermined distance, thereby forcibly pushing out a popped snack in a chamber.
