    • PURPOSE: A solid fuel combustion burner in which a fuel case is rotated is provided to make complete combustion possible by mixing waste articles evenly, which fall into a fuel case, by rotating the fuel case when the waste articles are incinerated. CONSTITUTION: A solid fuel combustion burner in which a fuel case is rotated includes a rotating fuel case(25), in which a supporting pipe(22), an air inflow pipe(26) and a round rotating body(5) are arranged integrally. The rotating fuel case is rotated and burned by rotating an outer pipe shaft. The rotating fuel case forms a through hole(21b) by connecting integrally a rotating pipe shaft(4) and the outer pipe shaft to the round rotating body. A plurality of the supporting pipes having a plurality of air inflow holes(29) and through holes(21) are fixed to the round rotating body. A first stainless net(23) is mounted inside the supporting pipe, and a second stainless net(24), which is denser in net interval than the first stainless net, is mounted outside the supporting pipe to install a double wall. Fixed brackets(30,31) are mounted at the center of the round rotating body and the center of the air flow pipe and form through holes(21a) at predetermined intervals.

    • PURPOSE: A method for separating a packing from a waste aluminum cap is provided which recycles resources by compressing caps having different materials so that a cap member is separated from a packing member by an elongation difference between the packing and cap members. CONSTITUTION: The method for separating a packing from a waste aluminum cap comprises a transfer step of transferring a plurality of caps rested on carriers which are adhered onto a conveyor with spaced apart from each other in a certain distance; a cutting step in which upper opened parts of the caps are cut by a cutter blade as they are being transferred by the conveyor; a scrap removing step of removing cut scraps from the carriers by ejecting air compressed for a certain period of time right after parts of the caps are cut; and a compression step of guiding caps dropped from one end part of the conveyor to the carriers to a space between compression rollers so that the cover members and the packing members of the caps are separated each other by an elongation difference between the packing and cap members.
