摘要： PURPOSE: A process for manufacturing bamboo-containing clean rice is provided, thereby cooking the rice without washing it and allowing a user to easily take the bamboo components together with boiled rice. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing the bamboo-containing rice comprises the steps of: washing bamboo including leaves with water; cutting the bamboo in the size of 15 cm; finely cutting the bamboo pieces with a knife or an axe; inserting 5 kg of the bamboo pieces into 40 liter of water in a pot and slightly boiling the bamboo pieces for 5 hours or more; removing bamboo from the pot and storing the remaining solution for 3 hours; filtering the stored bamboo solution to remove impurities to prepare a bamboo solution; spraying the bamboo solution to unpolished rice during the rice polishing process, to increase the water content of the unpolished rice to 15%; spraying the bamboo solution to the polished rice during the second rice polishing process, to increase the water content of the polishing rice to 16 to 17%; and drying the polished rice at 20 to 30 deg. C to the water content of 14% or less.

摘要： PURPOSE: A method of preparing a pre-washed rice with the content of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus is provided to make the rice product bear excellent taste and flavors while facilitating the intake of the Acanthopanax favorable to the health. CONSTITUTION: In a method of preparing a pre-washed rice, a material of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus is cleaned, and dried. The Acanthopanax material is pulverized with a particle size of 30 micrometers or less. The Acanthopanax powder is diluted in water in a ratio of 30:70 to make a suspension. The suspension of 40 liters is consumed to make a pre-washed rice of 10,000kg. A brown rice with the moisture content of 14% or less is stored in a tank, and the suspension is sprayed thereto while elevating the moisture content thereof to be 15%. The rice(1) soaked with the suspension(2) is allowed to stand for one hour, and the suspension is again sprayed thereto while elevating the moisture content thereof to be 16-17%. The soaked rice is then dried naturally or by using a dryer while reducing the moisture content thereof to be 14% or less.
