    • Nucleotide sequences and amino acid sequences of glycosyltransferase and a biosynthetic method of aminoglycoside antibiotics are provided, thereby screening biosynthesis pathway of kanamycin, and improving production yield of amynoglycoside antibiotics by cloning the gene of glycosyltransferase into a microorganism. The gene encoding the glycosyltransferase which is isolated from Streptomyces kanamyceticus(ATCC 12853), and has the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1 is provided. The glycosyltransferase encoded by the glycosyltransferase gene has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2. A recombinant expression vector comprises the glycosyltransferase gene of SEQ ID NO:1. A transformed microorganism produced with the recombinant expression vector comprising the glycosyltransferase gene of SEQ ID NO:1 is provided, wherein the microorganism is Bacillus sp. The biosynthetic method of aminoglycoside antibiotics comprises employing pseudodisaccharide produced from the transformant containing the glycosyltransferase gene of SEQ ID NO:1.

    • PURPOSE: A deoxyribonucleic acid containing ink, which is used for manufacturing printed matter containing characteristic deoxyribonucleic acid information of the individual used and products containing ink containing various deoxyribonucleic acids, and a method for verifying deoxyribonucleic acid are provided. CONSTITUTION: A deoxyribonucleic acid containing ink contains amplified deoxyribonucleic acid of 10¬2-10¬7 copy per 1 microliter of ink, wherein the deoxyribonucleic acid is amplified by polymerase chain reaction. The method for verifying deoxyribonucleic acid comprises steps of: (i) preparing printed matter by the deoxyribonucleic acid containing ink; (ii) purifying deoxyribonucleic acid from the printed matter; and (iii) amplifying the deoxyribonucleic acid by the polymerase chain reaction.
