    • A base station used in a packet transmission system in which shared user data to be selectively received by a user are transmitted using a shared data channel from one or more base stations to one or more mobile stations is provided. The base station includes means configured to provide user control data associated with transmission of the shared user data; means configured to provide notification data that include notification information used to select the shared user data and group identification information for specifying the notification information; and means configured to generate an associated control channel that is associated with the shared data channel and includes the user control data and the notification data, the associated control channel and the shared data channel being transmitted from the base station to the mobile station. The generated associated control channel is transmitted from the base station to the mobile stations.

    • An electronic device includes an FPC, a circuit chip arranged on the flexible flat cable, a heat sink arranged on the circuit chip to release a heat of the circuit chip, and an elastic member arranged on a lower surface of the FPC. The upper surface of the FPC is large enough to cover a contact surface of the circuit chip. The elastic member does not overlap with an apex portion of the circuit chip, but overlaps with the circuit chip at an inner side of the apex portion. Therefore the elastic member does not press the FPC against the apex portion of the circuit chip. Accordingly, the FPC at a position corresponding to an apex of the circuit chip is suppressed from being distorted, and there is no fear of breaking of wire and exfoliation of the circuit chip.

    • A downlink packet scheduling method is disclosed for a shared channel or a common channel in a mobile communication system between a base station and a mobile station, the method including a step in which the base station determines whether there is a waiting packet to be transmitted to the mobile station other than a current transmission packet; a step in which when it is determined that there is no waiting packet to be transmitted, the base station sets a stop period “t” in which packet transmission is temporarily stopped after the current packet transmission; a step in which the base station transmits information indicating the stop period “t” through a schedule information channel transmitting schedule information of downlink packets; and a step in which the base station stops the packet transmission to the mobile station during the stop period “t” after the current packet transmission.
