摘要： An apparatus and method for transmitting packet data through at least two transmit antennas in a packet data communication system using transmit antenna diversity. In the packet transmitting apparatus, a feedback information interpreter interprets feedback information including CQIs and antenna weights received from a plurality of UEs requesting a packet data service. A weight generator classifies the antenna weights and selects UEs having orthogonal weights. A transmitter applies the selected weights to packet data destined for the selected UEs and transmits the packet data to the selected UEs simultaneously.

The method comprises multiplexing the coded symbols such that the first coded TFCI symbols and the second coded TFCI symbols are uniformly distributed according to a transmission mode and a data rate of the radio frame, and outputting 32 coded symbols; and mapping the 32 multiplexed coded symbols to the radio frame to satisfy the number of the coded symbols that can be mapped to one radio frame, determined according to the transmission mode and the data rate of the radio frame.

摘要： A method and apparatus for detecting mobile phone in an Idle State are disclosed. A signal-generating unit generates a pseudo base station signal for transmission to a mobile phone in a detection area. A detecting unit detects a response signal that the mobile phone transmits in response to the pseudo base station signal. An alarm-generating unit generates an alarm when the detecting unit detects the response signal. Preferably, the pseudo base station signal includes new zone information, such that the mobile phone responds by transmitting a location registration signal which is detected by the detecting unit. The method and apparatus are advantageous in that they can apprise a mobile phone user within a specific area that the user's mobile phone is turned on, by detecting the mobile phone in Idle State passing a detection area. The method and apparatus may prevent public injury or interference with electronic equipment by restricting mobile phone use in a building or airplane.

The scanner motor includes a stator assembly placed to a lower portion of the scanner motor and fixed to a plate having a prescribed inner diameter in the center portion thereof, a cylinder part erectly installed upward in the hole at the center of the plate, a motor shaft extending to be longer than an upper end of the cylinder part and erectly installed to the center of the cylinder part by interposing a bearing, a housing having a lower side portion being a reference plane to be placed with the polygon mirror and an upper side portion erectly installed to the upper portion of the lower side portion for being inserted into the upper outer periphery of the motor shaft, a fitting portion erectly installed to the housing to be thin and be formed with a hollowed groove along the outer periphery of the upper side portion by being spaced apart therefrom, and the polygon mirror push-fitted into the outer periphery of the fitting portion with a pressive pushing tolerance, so that the polygon mirror is fixed via the push fit without requiring separate fixing means.
