    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air spring for a car bolster-truck with a stopper function having a nonlinear deflective characteristic. SOLUTION: This air spring 10 for the car bolster-truck receives and supports an outer cylinder 12 by a stopper 20 in deflection by providing the stopper 20 having a springing property in a diaphragm 13 between an inner cylinder 11 directly fixed on the carriage and the outer cylinder 12 fixed on a vehicle. The stopper 20 is provided with a first bracket metal 21b at a center of an inverted truncated conical cylindrical rubber 21a concentric with the diaphragm 13 and is provided with a second bracket metal 22b making contact with an inner surface of the outer cylinder 12 in deflection on a cylindrical columnar rubber 22a on the outside of it. Good riding comfort in puncture of the diaphragm is secured and rigidity of the air spring is secured with a nonlinear flexible wire in correspondence with a size (length) of a clearance by properly setting the respective clearances between the inner surface of the outer cylinder and the fittings 21b, 22b and elastic moduli of the rubbers 21a, 22a.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radome for radar antenna protection capable of effectively preventing a water film from being formed on its outer surface and ensuring excellent radio wave transparency even at rainfall.
      SOLUTION: A meteorological radar apparatus 1 includes: a meteorological radar antenna 2 for observing meteorological situations; and the radome 3 for protecting the meteorological radar antenna 2 from rain and wind and accumulated snow. Then the meteorological radar antenna 2 is contained inside the radome 3. A plurality of linear projections 7 are provided to the outer surface 3a of the radome 3. Then each of the projections 7 is arranged at an interval. Thus, rainwater poured down onto the outer surface 3a of the radome 3 on the occurrence of the rainwater is separated by the projections 7 so as to effectively prevent the forming of the water film on the outer surface 3a of the radome 3.
