SOLUTION: A roller arrangement structure has an impression cylinder 1 having a gripper mechanism 2, an offset cylinder 3 and a plate cylinder 4, a first roller 5 with a halftone is attached together with a first moistening liquid reservoir bottom plate 6 to the cylinder 4 to attach ink indirectly to the plate 4 through a form roller 7, and a second roller 8 with a halftone is attached together with a second moistening liquid reservoir bottom plate 9 to attach moistening liquid. A variable speed driver 10 is attached to the roller 8 to form a hydrophilic surface. In the case of disposing a transfer roller 11 between the roller 7 and the roller 8, the driver 10 is attached to either the roller 8 or the roller 11.
