    • PURPOSE: To make it possible to transport conductive liquids while electrically insulating the same by successively packing prescribed quantities of the liquids into a first metering valve, sending the liquids to pumps, a second metering valve and a spraying device and preventing the liquids from simultaneously arriving at the first and second metering valves. CONSTITUTION: The liquid from a container 12 in which a large quantity of the liquid to be sprayed is housed is forcibly fed into the first metering valve 20 via a control valve 14, is further transported to a diaphragm pump 30 and is transported to the second metering valve 40 via a control valve 34. The liquid is transported to an accumulator 50 from the second metering valve 40 and is further transported to the spraying device 60. High voltage is impressed to the liquid in the accumulator 50 or the high voltage is impressed directly to the spraying device 60. While such cycles are repeated, the electrical insulation is maintained between the liquid in the first metering valve 20 and the liquid in the second metering valve 40 by selectively driving the diaphragm pump 30.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a proper amount of mixture at a proper ratio by cumulatively monitoring the weights of a receptacle and a liquid, controlling solenoid valves and the like, and charging the receptacle with a predetermined amount of liquid from a plurality of delivery sources. CONSTITUTION: This control system has disposed therein a plurality of delivery heads 10-30 and a plurality of delivery sources 120-140, and a plurality of liquid containers 12-32, a plurality of liquid pumps 14-34, and a plurality of solenoid valves 11-31 are attached to the delivery sources 120-140. A receptacle 43, a weight-sensing device 9 and the like are attached to a delivery station 40. The weight-sensing device 9 is connected to a control computer 50, which is in turn connected to the solenoid valves 11, 21, 31. The weights of the receptacle 43 and a liquid are cumulatively monitored to charge the receptacle 43 with a predetermined amount of liquid from each of the delivery sources 120, 130, 140. Thus, a mixture can be obtained in a proper amount at a proper ratio.
