摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a combined apparatus of an agitator and a suction tube which is the combined apparatus of the agitator and the suction tube having the agitator of a rotary type for insertion into a container or drum of a large capacity and the suction tube arranged in the agitator in order to take liquid out of the drum and does not require dynamic seal between the agitator and the suction tube. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus has the concentric suction tube 30 supported in a housing 14. The housing 14 has a seal connecting part for mounting to the drum or the other container of the large capacity. The suction tube 30 is fixed in the housing 14 and has a flow passage extending from the bottom end of an agitating tube 12 of a rotary type to the top end thereof. A drive motor 18 is mounted at the housing 14. The drive motor 18 is connected to the agitating tube 12 by an endless belt 24 and pulleys 22 and 26. The lower part of the agitating tube 12 has a helical screw immersed in the liquid housed in the container, such as the drum.

摘要： PURPOSE: To make it possible to transport conductive liquids while electrically insulating the same by successively packing prescribed quantities of the liquids into a first metering valve, sending the liquids to pumps, a second metering valve and a spraying device and preventing the liquids from simultaneously arriving at the first and second metering valves. CONSTITUTION: The liquid from a container 12 in which a large quantity of the liquid to be sprayed is housed is forcibly fed into the first metering valve 20 via a control valve 14, is further transported to a diaphragm pump 30 and is transported to the second metering valve 40 via a control valve 34. The liquid is transported to an accumulator 50 from the second metering valve 40 and is further transported to the spraying device 60. High voltage is impressed to the liquid in the accumulator 50 or the high voltage is impressed directly to the spraying device 60. While such cycles are repeated, the electrical insulation is maintained between the liquid in the first metering valve 20 and the liquid in the second metering valve 40 by selectively driving the diaphragm pump 30.

A receptacle 43, a weight-sensing device 9 and the like are attached to a delivery station 40. The weight-sensing device 9 is connected to a control computer 50, which is in turn connected to the solenoid valves 11, 21, 31. The weights of the receptacle 43 and a liquid are cumulatively monitored to charge the receptacle 43 with a predetermined amount of liquid from each of the delivery sources 120, 130, 140. Thus, a mixture can be obtained in a proper amount at a proper ratio.

CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic spray gun for spraying paints, etc., has a high voltage power supply. And the power supply 14 has a contact at the front end thereof. And a flange 22 surrounding the contact is formed on the end of the power supply 14 and a rubber boot 24 is attached to the flange 22. A piercing passage is formed in the boot 24 and, within the piercing passage 28, a conductive rubber plug 30, which contacts with a conductive material located in the barrel of the spray gun, is located. The plug 30 is designed so as to almost satisfy the piercing passage 28. Utilization of this design reduces electrostatic capacity in the front end of the gun and simultaneously eliminates air, thereby the production of harmful ozone is limited.

In a state where the stopper 18 is screwed, the pump 10 is positioned in relation to a rim 14 and erected by the contact of a pair of legs 26 in relation to the rim 14. In this pump 10, supply of compressed air in relation to a pair of right and left air chambers 76, 78 is controlled by an air valve, and a film member 54 is expanded and contracted in the axial direction. Therefore, fluid pumped up from the inlet pipe 24 through a check valve 28 is pressurized and then discharged from an outlet pipe 24' through a check valve 28.
