摘要： PURPOSE:To change an elbow rest into an upper limb rest and to enable the elbow rest to be utilized as the upper limb rest by a method wherein after variation of the angle of a placing part, the elbow rest is rotated around an inclination shaft for regulation. CONSTITUTION:When a placing part 1 is raised to a rise position and inclined rearwardly and the posture of a patient is regulated to the horizontal level of a seating posture, an elbow rest 6 is approximately vertically erected. With a lock release pin 101 pressed, a lock pin 99 is completely pushed in a hole 97. The elbow rest 6 is rotated in the direction of an arrow mark l approximately in a 90 deg. arc around an axis P2 of an inclination shaft 94 integrally with a mounting arm 103 and the inclination shaft 94, and the mounting arm 103 is brought into contact with a rotary stopper 104. The two elbow rests 6 horizontally fall approximately in a truncated chevron shape sideways on both sides of the placing part 1, an upper limb rest surface 88 is varied in an up and approximately horizontal state, and the two elbow rests 6 are changed into upper limb rests. Thus, the two upper limbs of a patient can be horizontally placed on the upper limb rest surfaces 88 of the two elbow rests 6, and blood transfusion of the patient can be effected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To bring a seat part (medical examination part) of a patient close to a doctor by constituting this medical treatment base so that a seat plate is always maintained in a roughly horizontal state, and on the other hand, a back plate is moved forward against the seat plate, while inclining it backward, and a part of its back plate is moved to the upper position of the seat plate. CONSTITUTION:When a patient is placed on a placing part 1 in a state that the placing part 1 is allowed to descend to a descent position, the patient places his buttock on a seat plate 2, leans his waist and back against back plates 3, 4, sets both high legs apart so as to be placed on both thigh holders 5, and takes a vertical position of a seat position attitude. Subsequently, the placing part 1 is allowed to ascend in the (a) direction from the descent position, and simultaneously, the back plates 3, 4 are moved in the (c) direction, while inclining it backward in the (b) direction as one body with both the thigh holders 5 and elbow holders 6, and the back plate 3 is moved to the upper position of the seat plate 2. As a result, the waist and back of the patient come to be placed roughly horizontally on the back plates 3, 4, and the patient's posture is adjusted to a horizontal position in a state that high legs are set apart. Next, by a movement of the placing part 1 and the back plates 3, 4, the patient is moved forward in a state of a horizontal position, and the seat part of the patient is brought close to the doctor.

摘要： PURPOSE:To achieve the safety of the patient on a medical treatment table, by respectively mounting a backrest par and an elbow receiving part to a sitting part in a revolvable manner and automatically stopping the revolution of both of them when the angle formed by the backrest part and the elbow receiving part becomes a predetermined one. CONSTITUTION:A revolving angle detection part 8 is provided in relation to a backrest part 3 and a revolving angle detection part 9 is provided in relation to an elbow receiving part 5. These detection parts are respectively constituted of fine adjustment variable resistors VR1, VR2 and rotary time variable resistors VRa, VRb. Reference voltages Vref1, Vref2 are applied to the variable resistors VRa, VRb through the variable resistors VR1, VR2 and the output voltages Va, Vb corresponding to the revolving angles thetaa, thetab of the backrest part 3 and the elbow receiving part 5 with respect to horizontality are obtained from the movable terminals 8a, 9a thereof. The output voltages Va, Vb are applied to an operation circuit 10 to perform a predetermined operation. When the angle formed by the backrest part 3 and the elbow receiving part 5 becomes an angle theta0, a control circuit 40 generates a revolution stop signal in response to said angle to apply the same to a backrest part driving part 41 and an elbow receiving part driving part 42 and the revolution of the backrest part 3 and the elbow receiving part 5 is stopped.
