    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem of adhesive strength and curing time, when a strip-like sheet is stuck with any adhesive, and a handle is formed with the strip-like sheet on an outer face of the plastic bags, in manufacturing of plastic bags.
      SOLUTION: The strip-like sheet 17 and a web material are faced and pressed to each other, a strong adhesive 21 and another adhesive 25 are interposed therebetween, and the strip-like sheet 17 and web material are temporarily fixed with the other adhesive 25. After temporary fixing, the web material is wound around a roll. After a curing time of the strong adhesive 21 has passed, the web material is fed from the roll in the bag making machine for manufacturing the plastic bags, to manufacture the plastic bags with the web material.
