摘要： According to the method according to the invention, the material grains are made to flow in a gravitation field with turbulent movement in a preheating zone (1) closed off from the environment. During their movement, the grains are heated indirectly with the aid of a heat-transfer medium flowing in expediently horizontal heating pipes (5), and then the heated material is conveyed into the collecting funnel (4) and carried off from there. The preheating zone (1) filled with the granular solid material is probed and the vapours and gases which are formed during heating are carried off via probes (6, 7) into the atmosphere situated outside the preheating zone (1) from the "dead space" which arises under the heating pipes (5) and under the probes (6, 7) during the downward movement of the granular solid material. The device according to the invention, which serves for implementing the method, has a standing container (2) which binds the preheating zone (1) and from case to case is open at the top, with expediently invariable cross-section, a heat exchanger consisting of heating pipes (5) arranged preferably horizontally in the container (2), a dosing device (3) mounted under the preheating zone (1) on the bottom of the container (2), and a collecting funnel (4) situated under the dosing device (3). 摘要： The turning mechanism for a pipe closure rotatable through 90 deg.. It includes a main pneumatic cylinder with a straight line acting plunger. There is also a cylindrical housing whose are end has a connector i.e. a screw or flange connector joining the main cylinder and housing on a common axis. The other end of the housing has an interchangeable joining screw or flange fixing the housing and closure with its rotatable shaft stump on a common axis. The housing is provided in a rotatable casing, being hollow at one end to receive the plunger shaft from the main cylinder while the other ends is dimensioned with an opening corresp. to the shaft stump of the pipe closure. On the casing, there is also a groove, i.e. a tapered helical groove. The lead angle of the thread is pref. greater than 45 deg. i.e. 60-75 deg. in which a radial pin on the plunger rod is guided. 摘要： A system operating in accordance with the method of the invention can be compared to a single stage enrichment by noting that in the single stage system, 100% (or all) of the underflow output of the first stage would go into refuse, i.e. whatever desirable product is contained in the underflow of the first stage would be lost. In contrast to this system, in accordance with invention, a middling fraction is directed back into stage 2 (along with spoil) which results in self-enriching the material undergoing separation in the second stage. Eventually the enriched coal will be contained in that portion of the overflow output of the second stage which is directed back to the first stage, and for that reason the losses going into the spoil will be reduced in comparison to the enrichment loss in the first stage.
