摘要： The invention relates to a method of bleaching cellulose pulp in a bleach line having at least two bleaching steps D1,D2 of alkaline or acidic type, and a bleaching line for the method, in which the filtrate distribution is led up through the bleaching line in counter-current to the flow of cellulose pulp established in the bleaching line. Instead of a conventional filtrate distribution including filtrate tanks, a single joint main conduit 1 is used for the bleaching steps of the same type. Wash filtrate obtained from the wash steps of the same type used after or before the bleaching step, is led to a branch point A2, A4, A6 on the main conduit 1, that is positioned after the branch point for drawing off of wash and/or dilution liquor for the wash step in question A1, A3, A5, A7. All branch points in the joint main conduit are in open communication with each other in the main conduit, at least as seen in a direction from the last bleaching step. Hereby, a simplified and improved filtrate distribution system with an improved runnability is obtained.

摘要： A method and a control system for a refiner for pulp or like materials, the control system (100) comprising a sensor (90) mounted in direct mechanical connection to a non-rotating refining member (26) so that the sensor is responsive to axial vibration movement of the support (12), and an analog to digital converter (96) connected to the output of the sensor (90). The method and control system also include a controller (97) connected to the analog to digital converter (96) and responsive to the analog to digital converter to compare the amplitude of the output signal (90) from the sensor to a baseline value based on the level of vibration associated with the pulp refiner when it is operating without plate clashing. When the signal exceeds the baseline value, an action is taken to help alleviate the plate clashing.

摘要： An assembly with hydrocyclones comprising: multiple hydrocyclones having a inlet chamber with two side openings positioned on opposite sides of the inlet chamber and a overflow chamber having two side openings positioned on opposite sides of the overflow chamber. The hydrocyclones are arranged at a support structure, comprising a support bar for support of the hydrocyclones. The hydrocyclones being arranged side by side with their side openings adjacent each other thus forming an inlet pipe by means of the inlet chambers and an overflow pipe by means of the overflow chambers. The inlet chambers and the overflow chambers being adapted to be pressed against each other respectively. The hydrocyclones being arranged in pairs with one of the two hydrocyclones arranged on one side of the support bar and the other on the opposite sides thereof. A method assembling multiple hydrocyclones, wherein hydrocyclones are hung on a support bar at a base end or a head portion and are pressed together, is provided, and a support structure for an assembly of hydrocyclones, comprising a support bar, an end bar and one or two underflow pipes.
