The base film 12 has a first tongue part 22 and a second tongue part 23 adjoining each other across a slit 21 formed from one end edge of the base film, and the first tongue part 22 and second tongue part 23 have the connection terminals 25 to be connected to the terminals 45a to be connected on surfaces on the same side of the base film 12, and the connection terminals 25 are folded into two across the slit 21 and bonded together so that the connection terminals are arranged outside.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control system which can avoid the reset operation of a battery pack charged by a charger which is low in priority.
      SOLUTION: The first charger 119, a second charger 19, and system loads 15, 115 are fed with power from an AC-DC adapter 111. When the output power of a power source reaches a first threshold when the first battery pack 125 requires charging in a standard charging mode, the first charger is operated at a set value at which power consumption becomes smaller than a set value required by the first battery pack. When the first battery pack requires charging in a specified charging mode, the first charger is operated at a set value which corresponds to the specified charging mode even if the output power of the power source reaches the first threshold. When the output power of the power source reaches a second threshold which is larger than the first threshold, the second charger is operated at a set value at which power consumption becomes smaller than a set value required by the second battery pack 25.

      SOLUTION: The thermosetting paint composition, which is applied to the surface of a porous material including a coated surface having a plurality of fine pores to form a coating by heat curing, includes: a thermosetting resin component which is cured by heating to form a coating; a solvent component in which the thermosetting resin component is dissolved; and a self-reproduction coating component including the coating which is exploded by bubbles from the pores of the porous material by heating in a first heating temperature range up to 110°C after application of the paint and then is remelted in a second heating temperature range of 110°C or higher and less than heat curing temperature to block up the bubbles, wherein: bubbles 14 are generated in the first heating temperature range to cause an explosion 16; then the flowability of the coating by the self-reproduction coating component is improved to perform remelting in the second heating temperature range; and a coating 17 with smoothness is formed.
