    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maneuverability of a vehicle by independently steering a lateral pair of steered wheels. SOLUTION: The steering wheel 11 is connected to a left front wheel FW1 through a first steering shaft 12, a second steering shaft 13, a pinion gear 14 and a rack bar 31. The pinion gear 14 is connected to a right front wheel FW2 through a third steering shaft 15, a forth steering shaft 16, a fifth steering shaft 23, a pinion gear 24 and a rack bar 34. A first differential mechanism 40 is interposed between the first steering shaft 12 and the second steering shaft 13 so that a rotational difference between an input shaft and an output shaft can be realized at a first differential mechanism 40 by rotation of an electric motor 49. A second differential mechanism 50 is interposed between the third steering shaft 15 and the forth steering shaft 16 so that a rotational difference between the input shaft and the output shaft can be realized at the differential mechanism 50 by the rotation of an electric motor 59.
